Great service. Been going to this company for over 20 years and my cars have never rusted.

First time at this business. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional in his work. One can tell a lot by how clean a place is kept. His garage shop is well kept. I will be returning for more work on my vehicle.

Very disappointed with the undercoating installed. We were told it was non-drip. Parked on our cement driveway and noticed it has dripped on our driveway. When we notified the owner Sam, he said it was impossible and to bring the truck back to his shop so he can see. I asked him what solution i can use to remove the stains, he said sand. We put sand and scrubbed with a brush. The stains are still there but faded.Over the weekend we heard a klunking noise toward the rear end as we were driving. Brought the truck to Ford Dealership, thinking it was a warranty issue. Ford indicated that they need to clean the rust coating off leaf springs. When Sam or one his employees sprayed the undercoating they should not have undercoated the leaf springs, but should have undercoated the under carriage only. I asked that he reimburse the cost from Ford. I asked him to come look at our driveway. He said he was busy and I was taking him away from his work. He declined to come look at our driveway and clean it and declined to reimburse the cost of fixing their mistake. I do not recommend this place. They do not stand behind their work. This has been very frustrating.I’m left with paying Ford to clean off the leaf springs and to try and source out a cleaner for my driveway. I have been parking on the street instead of my driveway.After reading the owners reply, I am responding as such.After the undercoating application by your company i am left with a spotted driveway where I park my truck, so the undercoating product was a defected product. Whether it has never happened before is irrelevant. This was my experience.The Ford Dealership has indicated that the leaf springs should not have been undercoated and needed to be cleaned off. Only the under carriage should be coated.I am now going to have to pay for someone to clean the spots when this should be your expense.I also have to pay for the cleaning of the leaf springs. If this application by your place was done properly I would not have been encountering these issues and extra expenses.This is my true experience here. I don’t know who wrote the other posts.

Overall, I am very happy with this place. I will return back when time comes and will recommend to my friends.Dave did a great job spraying my brand new Subaru WRX.He took his time to speak with me before starting the job explaining everything about products that he uses and application process. He answered all my 100 questions and patiently listened to my speech :) about how much I care about having my car neat and clean.Great job and exceptional customer service.Thank you!

Dave does our oil sprays every year and does a detailed and fantastic job. I have been coming here for years and have even referred my extended family and friends to come here as well. The quality and expertise has been top notch and always consistent.It is sad to hear Dave has retired but thank you for your many years of service and all the best on your next chapter in life.
