It has been with great pleasure that the opportunity to work with Julia and Daniel presented itself some two years ago. This experienced couple is diligent in providing only the absolute best in what the European and Italian market has to offer. If quality is the priority in your decision, you will be duly impressed with all that they have to offer. My dream kitchen lives in their showroom.

I purchased a Foster sink about 10 years ago, and we love the sink, however there were a few parts that needed replacing and some upgrades we wanted for it. After searching all over the City (Ottawa) and Provence, we were out of luck.I cam across the Ambient and the reviews were very good, and upon speaking with the staff they were more then willing to order the parts (all the way from Italy) then ship them to us. Not only were they very responsive, when one of the pieces showed up damaged they rushed another order through and didn’t charge us. This was an order of only a few hundred dollars and they treated us like we’d spent thousands with them. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your kitchen and bath needs. After failing to find a replacement bath tub for the one I ordered that was no longer in stock, and after spending over $40,000 on closet and bathroom items, and after waiting 10 months for the correct matte black actuator to come in - you are darn right it should be replaced for free, Daniel. It’s called customer service.

I have been in renovation industry for last 18 year and i have never seen such a high end product line that Ambient offers. Products are top of the line and very high quality.It was a great experience to work with Julia, Daniel and their team. They are very professional and their service is very pro, honest and friendly.

My husband and me have been looking for a vanity for about 3 months now. We went almost in every single Bathroom store in the Lower Mainland. It was such a relief and happiness when I came across Ambient showroom, eventually I found what I was looking for. I didn't have a clear idea about what exactly I am looking for, but I was sure I don't want to go with what I see everywhere: big, havy foresquare boxes. Ambient imports several of the highest quality European bathroom brands. I was charmed by the soft wavy lines of most of the bathroom cabinets and sink countertops and the elegant, unique and super stylish design.
