I had David give me a quote. He was very prompt getting it to me. Set up a date to do 2 properties. Date was set quickly, communication was great and questions answered quickly. Days before the cleaning, he corresponded with clear instructions. Day of cleaning he came as scheduled. He did a thorough job. Both locations looked sparkly new! He was very professional and very personable. Pricing was very fair. I would certainly recommend St. James & Sons Power Washing for your needs. I will contact again when needed and will spread the word about how satisfied I am. Thanks David!!
