We lined up Cosby to install a holding tank in Wainfleet back in May. After securing the permit, matt was lined up to complete the work. Next week, next week, next week was the answer we got for a month. No problem, we waited. After a month, we expected matt to reach out and never did so we decided to call the plumber he said he lined up. The plumber was not aware of our project. He then stated the tank at Moody's had a long lead time, so we called Moody's and our specific tank could be ready in less than a week if ordered. Once matt came to take some 'final' measurements (we believe these were his first measurements) almost 5-6 weeks into the 'project' , he told us a large tree had to come down in order to install the tank. Our neighbor allowed us to use their yard to get around the tree as it is very large and mature and would not be environmentally friendly to just hack it down, matt didn't see it possible and failed to show up to look at plan B. Plus, after 6 weeks, you think a plan would have been in place for tank delivery. I measured the tank, the space and I don't see how it would not have fit... Matt would not answer phone calls nor would he show up to multiple meetings we were supposed to have onsite. He just would say he was coming and wouldn't show up. We waited multiple days for him. No answer no call no show.At this point we had already paid a $1000 deposit so we felt we owed it to Matt to let him come through on the job but enough was enough. We are seeking another company to complete the work and will not work with this unprofessionalism.After asking for my deposit back, they simply refused. This is money in the bank, they wasted 2.5 months of our time, we have not been able to use the property all summer due to no tank on the property. We are saddened during this time of covid that we cannot get out of the city and enjoy the country property as we hoped to.Please do not use this company, this is the most unprofessional we have ever been treated and do not want our experience to be felt by others.

We have been using Crosbys to pump our holding tank in Fort Erie for years. Shannon is awesome and can usually get the truck out the same day. Great family owned and operated business to support.

Outstanding service! Cosby's showed up as scheduled, and despite a recent heavy snowfall from the night before, they got right to work. The septic lids were dug up, the septic pumped and risers installed all in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

It was friday morning and our sewer was plugged. We didn't know what the problem was and we had a group of friends coming out to stay at the place the next day. Matthew (Cosby) came out and ascertained we needed to find the septic tank ... nightmare Friday but, although it was a long weekend he and his crew showed up early next morning, dug around and figured out the problem, fixed it and were gone before the guests arrived. I was bracing myself for a reasonable bill, especially considering the timeframe and level of service, and was blown away by his invoice. I totally recommend them.

After a no show and no returning of calls from another septic/excavating company, I thought I would give Cosby's a call and they came out immediately to my elderly parent's place who were dealing with a sinkhole from a broken drainage pipe. These guys were friendly and carefully evaluated the situation. They had a couple of other appointments that afternoon but assured us they would be back right after them to hook up new pipe where the break was. This was a great relief to my parents and myself as there was rain in the forecast. They came back just as promised and did a fantastic job for a very fair price. They were courteous and kind. I highly recommend them. We are so grateful that there is local company with integrity like this around here. Thank you so very much again. My parents are very grateful too.J. Curtiss

Best service period...from answering calls to actually showing up for appointments. I had booked one company and they were a no show...second an answering service took my call and no return call....I searched best septic company and these guys came up....I called they answered and showed up and were very kind and informative. These guys have my business as long as Iive here.....
