Canquest Communications

I decided to subscribe with Canquest for my Internet and VOIP phone service back in September,2022 because from the onset into their company I was greeted by REAL friendly, courteous personnel who introduced me to their products and answered my questions. How refreshing, rather than having to do business over the phone! I recently had problems with my phone. Without having to book a long time scheduled appointment, their IT personnel immediately took action troubleshooting the problem over the phone and physically troubleshooted the equipment along with my phone. Turns out my phone was the problem. Everything is currently in working order with the new phone. If you want friendly, courteous and knowledgeable Admin and IT personnel service from a reliable, dependable internet company, I highly recommend Canquest. Check them out on your next internet, phone and TV service search.

Help and staff are teriffic. Especially Mark and Karey. So friendly, helpful with a smile no matter how many times you call with same problem or how long it takes. Thanks for helping, especially as I had inadvertantly created it.

I have been using Canquest for over 2 years with unbelievable service and quality. I’ve had Bell and Teksavvy with their high prices and headaches with poor service before I found the Golden ISP— Canquest!

Was actually picking up products from security One which is inside CanQuest. Folks at CanQuest were nice and friendly though. Good experience.

Hi folksIn I believe it was 2016 or 2017.I called Bell Canada to inquire why my elderly mother was having to pay $70.00 a month for her phone bill.I asked them if they would please give her a cheap rate she only needed her phone for local calls.I will quote to you what their reply was.They said no we can not do that it is impossible.I couldn't believe it.So when I found out that Canquest was offering people in chatham/kent Ontario Canada a good rate of $19.95 plus tax.I jumped on the ban wagon so to speakand signed my mom up for the service through them.Now here is the the kicker.Canquest rents phone lines off ofBell Canada.And they can give people like my elderly mother the most reasonable rates.Mom is now instead of paying$70.00 per month,She only pays $19.95 plus tax.and it is on a Bell Canada phone line.But Canquest is the renters of the lines.And they are saving my mom lots of much needed money.My mom lives in a nursing home with a fixed income.I would like to say thank-you to Canquest for your wonderful staff and made this possible for her.One other thingI would like to say shame on youBell Canada for taking advantage of aelderly person.My mom truly believed in Bell Canadafor over 70 years.How you could treat the kind people who helped you to become a thriving business.Then you just let her down like that.Like I said shame on you.As for Canquest it is nice to see that even though you are renting the phone lines off of Bell Canada.
