We have the great fortune to have a number of pieces created by Nomadic Designs. Mike is easy to work with, creative, and responsive. More to the point, Mike is an artist and craftsman. He takes great pride in the work he does to make sure it is just what you want and expect. The pieces we have in our home will be able to be passed down for generations. Nomadic built a custom desk for me out of some elm slabs that I brought to them. They used black epoxy to square up the live edge, and matched two slabs together to make a perfect waterfall feature down one side of the desk. The quality and attention to detail is unmatched. I have to say, this piece will be in my family for generations. Top notch work from some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

We were absolutely blown away with the level of service, and quality of the product. We simply can’t say enough good things about this company, they literally took a rough conceptual drawing into a dream pool house.. they even came up with a hidden spot for a roomba! Who does that! We were very pleased with the fireplace mantle. Mike sourced a great character piece for us that will be the focal point for our living space. They cleaned it up, brought the grain to life and secured and stabilized the timber with internal epoxy application. Great service. You get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 5⭐️

Bought a cedar bath board for my wife's birthday and it's great–looks cool and super functional (the wine holder and marble coaster are a nice touch). Worked with Mike on the design, and he even delivered it to our door. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a bath in your life.

Mike does some of the best work I've seen with wood! I bought a cribbage board for a gift and it was awesome! I will be buying one for myself as well soon! If you're looking for high qualified wood work he's the one to go to!

This is my second time buying a cribbage board for gifting purposes from Mike and they are just gorgeous! The quality of the work and even the little metal playing pieces that accompany the board are really top notch. We had a slight issue with shipping that was the fault of the carrier company, but Mike jumped in and solved the issue without hesitation.
