Coulson Realty Inc
Our realtor handled our closing inspection as we were out of province. Several items listed in the contract were not completed, and when we discovered the deficiencies upon arrival, the realtor ghosted us completely. We also reached out to owner Dana Coulson and did not receive any response. No welcome, no follow-up, zero communication after we found that important things were not done.
