Big thanks to everyone at Twilight Hot Tubs for all the great friendly service over the last 15 years!My wife and I had done lots of research when Ron and Darrell helped us with our first luxury Coast Spa purchase 15 years ago. The filtration system and quality of the product is excellent, and the after sales service from Twilight has been great!Now after all these years, my wife and I just purchased our second Luxury Coast Spa hot tub… the Cascade II Infinity Edge!!Ron, Darrell, and Amanda have always taken the time to answer our questions and help us out with chemical maintenance of our last spa.We are looking forward to our new luxury spa hot tub when it gets delivered at the end of the month!

The staff at Twilight Hot Tubs are absolutely fantastic! Never having owned a hot tub before, I went to this organization with plenty of questions. And not only did they have answers, they also had high fives and handshakes as well. What I'm saying is that the people at Twilight not only helped me to feel more confident and informed by skillfully answering each of my questions, but they also made me feel comfortable and welcome in their store. And that's what really matters most to me, excellent customer service.

The staff here is awesome! I moved into a house recently that came with an older hot tub, we knew nothing…The front counter lady, Amanda, set us up with their service technician, Andrew. He came out and gave us a full run down on how the hot tub works and was so patient with us newbies. Thanks again Twilight!

5 weeks after we got our new hot tub it stopped working. They sent out a tech. It ended up being a leaking valve in the pump and the entire internals of our hot tub were submerged under a foot of water which also caused electrical issues. Twilight hot tubs charged us for the tech, the valve and the repair, saying that valves aren’t covered under warranty. We also had to pay hundreds of dollars for an electrician to come out and fix the damage that the hot tub did to our electrical. According to Darryl, the only thing that could have caused the valve to fail is improper chemical use (too much chemicals ruining the integrity of the rubber), but considering we have only had the tub for a little over a month and we followed all instructions to a tee (if anything, had trouble keeping our chemicals high enough), there was no way it was from chemicals. Regardless, this was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Darryl was completely unreasonable, rude and offered no solutions. I have received other opinions from hot tub experts including other stores here in Victoria and they all agreed that a leaky valve should not happen (regardless of chemicals) on a 5 week old tub and they certainly would have covered the cost to fix it. Darryl is good at sales, but on the customer service end he has a lot of work to do. As customers, we have a choice of where to spend our money and I truly wished that we spent our money at a different company. The reception staff and tech were absolutely amazing, but Darryl ruined it for us. We buy our chemicals from another hot tub store because we don’t want to support them any further. Now that our tub is working properly, we love it, but was definitely a huge damper on our experience. Customer service goes a long way:)

We recently purchased a BC made Coast Spa hot tub from Twilight and we are in and enjoy it every morning and night! The best purchase we have made by far.

I bought a Hot tub in late Feb and although they told me I could get it in a week or 2 it was actually well over a month before it arrived. I thought it was to good to be true. However they were very good at installing and helping me to understand how to maintain it. They are always friendly when I call with questions and always willing to help. Thanks Amanda

Twilights Service Technician, Andrew Vanderwal, came to install a new cover and motor on our hot tub. We appreciated Andrew's attention to detail, professional service and knowledge in solving multiple issues, by identifying and resolving other minor repairs that we were not aware of. I would highly recommend Andrew from Twilight to anyone that needs service work on their hot tub.

Great customer service. I called in to twilight and explained the issue with my older hot tub. Andrew came by a couple of days later and quickly diagnosed my issue. He had a new pump in his van and was able to install it right away. He even called back to check that everything was still operating great. Highly recommend the service team!

Do not count on Twilight to properly teach you how to maintain your tub. They will sell you on it being an easy occasional process when in fact it takes careful attention and monitoring and is expensive. We followed their instructions carefully and ended up with damaged seals. Their advice during our learning was mediocre at best. Thankfully there are good resources on line to learn from. Educate yourself about the actual cost in time and dollars to properly maintain a tub before buying.
