Sun Granite & Stone Inc

Found a piece of granite that matched our other countertop perfectly. We agreed to purchase it and offered to pay at the time. Told us no need, they had to send the edges and we could pay when we picked it up. He said the pickup would be in 6 days. Called to check on it the next week. After several calls he finally answered phone. Said they were busy and it would be another week. Ultimately after 3 weeks of calling and waiting Spencer told us he used it on another project. Very disappointed in the customer service. No follow up and broken promise. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Rona or Lowes would be more reliable. Zero stars.

Spencer was highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint.He provided us knowledgeable and excellent service. As well his prices were great.We are so happy that we were able to get quartz over laminate countertops in our new home.

I am extremely pleased with the prompt service and the quality of the work from Sun Granite and Stone. From the time I walked into the showroom until the finished product I could not be more pleased. I received advice when choosing the product and the company came 3 times to ensure the measuring was perfect. Jose and his crew from Exclusive Tile and Granite Works were friendly, professional and respected my home during the installation. I highly recommend this company. November 2022.

We are very pleased with the Quartz ensuite counter top we rec'd from Sun Granite. Spencer and his team did a great job! Would highly recommend them for your jobs!

Sadly I have to submit a poor review for Sun Granite. We chose this local company based on so many positive reviews and recommendations. We were directed to their supplier to select our preferred stone then arranged to have the counters measured and the stone installed. We were very pleased with the customer service and installation until less than 12 months later when a crack appeared in a corner where a cut was made. We followed up with Sun Granite and spoke with Spencer several times including him and his staff coming to our home to examine. We were ensured that the crack was not a result of anything that we had done but must have been a faulty stone from the supplier. Spencer advised he would look into replacement. We checked with other 3rd party stone suppliers and manufacturers and learned that the corner was cut too sharply which caused the crack. Neither Sun Granite or the stone supplier will accept any responsibility unless we purchase new slabs. We are extremely disappointed that Sun Granite will not stand behind their work and after spending hard earned money we are left with a flawed quartz counter.

Excellent service with the best prices on quality quartz. I did my homework, and checked 7 other places in Edmonton, little did I know that this company (right under my nose in Sherwood Park), would be the place to provide me the best price. Love the quality install, and quartz. Will recommend them time and time again.

Sun Granite came out to our office to complete a repair on some granite countertops we have. Although it took some time to get on the schedule the repair itself was completed quickly. The worker they sent out was respectful and cleaned up very well after. We would recommend and use Sun Granite services again!
