I told the technician exactly what error codes came up on my range when using the oven. Two guys came out to diagnose the problem....They checked the temperature sensor, and deemed it fine. They told me it must be the control board. I paid for the service call and the part, which they needed to order....$500.One guy came back in a week or so and installed the new control board. It still wasn't fixed.After numerous calls, unanswered, I had to call another company.Don't use this company. Once you pay them, they will ignore you.

Eric's Refrigeration was great to deal with. They sent out a service tech to check out my broken fridge within 24 hours of my call (about a week before Christmas) and were able to fix it during their visit. Saved me a fortune not having to buy a new/used fridge.Fair pricing. Thank you!

Wayne and team have always taken care of my needs from larger appliance repairs to small parts purchases with professionalism and great service that seems so hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

In the past I was extremely pleased with the service I received unfortunately something has gone sideways. I called for someone to look at my tenants dishwasher in my basement suite, first call I left a message, no response, second time I left a message I did get a call back and discussed whether or not a part needed to be ordered and he was going to get back to me after he talked to his technician at 1 pm. No called back. Followed up a few days later got someone else explained the situation and he promised to get back to me...... that was last Tuesday! Sooooo disappointed as I had recommended them previously via Facebook and word of mouth. Definitely will not recommend them nor call them again! Such poor customer service lately:(.

These guys saved our butts on New Year's Eve! Eric's was able to get a service tech out the same day when our fridge stopped working, when other repair places were closed or booking 2 weeks out! They came out, diagnosed the repair quickly and he had the part in his truck! Very happy with this service, would 100% use again!

These guys are the real genuine deal. They took the time to patiently explain a fridge part & how I would install it, empowering me to fix my own fridge for cheap, even though they would have made a lot more if I brought it in and let them fix it.

Refereed by our property manager. Worst experiences ever! This company will never get back to you no matter how many times you talked to them and were promised they will call back. 8 months waiting for repairing and still just waiting for a call back. They charged $80 for a tech showed up for 10 mins. Not recommend to anyone. Period.

This company does not stand behind their work! They came to fix my fridge and when the tech put the hose back onto the back of the fridge he clamped it too tight which caused a leak and when I called and told them all the damage that was done he would not come good for the repairs and said I should have shut the water off until it was fixed, well I asked the tech should I shut it off and he said no it will be fine!! Well guess what almost 8000.00 in damages and no money from them too hard to prove they say! Well will never use them again and have told a number of people this company can not be trusted!,

Great job. U had the piece I need and it was right and there were no problems. Went to arrow appliances and they screwed me around for 4 days and stole 25 bucks from me. And there stupid. They didn't know anything

Had 2 quotes from other people of over 1200. dollars We took our fridge to Eric's and 4 days later it was working. All for the great price of $ 240.00. Great job.Thanks
