My husband and I are so thrilled with the new countertop and installation done by Phil and his two amazing installers.We have so much to say about our experience that we don’t even know where to begin and I apologize for the long review!Initially Phil answered all our questions and concerns promptly via email. He then travelled to our fairly remote area to measure and show us samples. We are always challenged to find contractors who are willing to make this trip. So many, understandably prefer to stay close to their home base and are so busy that they don’t need to travel here for the work.While equally busy, Phil managed his time by doing several quotes in our area on the same day and provided a rough estimate first via email to ensure we understood the potential cost. Not only was his rough quote almost spot on to the final quote (we added a new sink and an additional backsplash in quartz) he was willing to work with us to achieve the exact look and size of countertop we wanted.On the installation day Phil and his two installers arrived right on time and ready to work. We were one of three installs that day! They expedited a very difficult installation with professionalism and perfectionism, which really impressed my perfectionist husband.They accommodated a change in cooktop and ensured it fit beautifully.Our home is an older home. Walls are not always perfectly straight and we know that things are not always level but when we placed the level on our countertop it was perfectly level!They kept the workspace neat and tidy always and carried several pieces of very heavy granite so carefully, up a flight of stairs and through our living room to the rear kitchen!My husband and I are very particular and Phil more than exceeded our expectations!We would not hesitate to recommend Ontario Countertops to anyone! An amazing, kind man and an excellent company!
