We have booked several family and child sessions with Rachelle and I won’t go anywhere else for professional photos. She is amazing with my 3 children and always captures the most natural photos. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked with Rachelle for years, she always captures amazing photos of our family! She is talented, professional and very patient. Highly recommend her for working with newborns and children, she is great at making everyone feel comfortable.

While Rachelle takes beautiful photos, I’d urge you to go elsewhere for your family photos. We had such a range of problems with her, I want to stop someone from going through the same.To get any kind of email reply, we had to email at least twice, and then weeks (if not months later) we’d get the reply ‘must have ended up in junk’ even though it was a direct reply.The final disappointment was never receiving our printed photos that were part of our package. They were to be mailed to us. Both my husband and myself messaged Rachelle on multiple platforms (email, Facebook, Instagram) and everything was ignored. I politely commented on two different photos on Facebook for her to contact me and the comments were swiftly deleted by her with no attempt to contact us.It has now been one year since our session with her. It’s clear we will not get our photos.We had another client of hers reach out to us as well saying he had not heard back from her either and asking how we were contacting her based on a photo she posted. So unfortunately this isn’t an isolated incident.Please save yourself the disappointment and headache and choose not to work with Rachelle. We are let down a professional would run her business this way.

Rachelle blew us away with both our wedding and newborn photos! We were enamoured with her work after finding her on wedding wire and were even more impressed after meeting her in person. She produced the most unique and beautiful photos imaginable, especially considering that it poured 50mm of rain on our wedding day. She was helpful, confident and professional. Watching her work with our newborn daughter was also a joy! I have never seen anyone better at handling a baby. Pure magic! Thank you, Rachelle! We are so glad that you could capture so many important memories for us.
