I'm a first time customer at TPH. TPH, Kevin, and his team blew me away with their AWESOME customer service and personal touch - amazing staff with a great sense of humour (unlike a different company which will remain nameless). They also delivered my order lightning fast! I highly recommend you check this TPH branch out for all your printing needs! :)

By far THE best TPH experiences I've ever had. I connected with Michelle... wonderful employee. Super responsive, so profesional and Michelle even guided me and helped me choose the best paper quality, which exceeded my expectations. I've printed in several TPH and this has been such an amazing experience, Michelle was absolutely the nicest person.. made my day! My project looks %100 better than what I expected.. the paper quality is amazing.. for all designer out there.. choose this locations TRUST ME.

Customer service is great here! I was here to print a return label. Since they only do $15 minimum services, Ryan printed the label for free. He also helped package and tape my box up. Will be back for their other services!

Awesome customer service and amazing staff.I was there yesterday and they helped me with my printing needs without hesitation.Even though my printing needs were not really their scope of work, they were still willing to help me. Total disappointment.Their website clearly state that they can help to print documents in a rush with no minimum quantity. But turns out it required me wait for an hour at first and there's minimum $15 charge for just a few pages.Not recommended for anyone who needs to print in a rush.

Kevin and his team are truly second to none. I have worked with them for years and can't image using another printer! They do a beautiful job, are fantastic at communication, turn things around quickly, are very fair with their pricing, and are lovely people to work with. Had the most amazing experience yesterday after a long day.The worker who helped me was extremely kind. I only had to print my resume and they usually allow orders with a minimum of $15 as they are a professional printing house. However, I was given two copies of my resume even if I asked for one and received the best service for only 25 cents. I was really touched by this experience and the mindfulness of the worker who assisted me.I definitely recommend their services. :)

I went to their store yesterday to print some stuff and the only thing I have to say is that their customer service is great and they have super nice staff working there.
