We have been with Beachcomber for 15 years now and couldn't be happier! Their service team is second to none and we really appreciate the customer service when it comes to delivery of products as we live out of town! Thank you London team!!

Beachcomber had a fantastic selection of Yeti products! I was able to find the colour and size my wife wanted along with the rambler bottle straw cap. Their staff was also incredily helpful and friendly.

We ordered our tub in August 2020 and just received and had it installed today. First shout out is to the installation crew. Good group of guys, they did a great job and throughly explained how to care for the tub. Second shout out is to Brittany. Sales are hard and it's even hard when delays cause clients to be upset. You were always professional and positive in your communications with me. Thank you for your patience and thank you for keeping me excited for the tub. You were right, it was worth the wait! Thank you Beachcomber for the excellent all around service and product.

I had called ahead to inquire about a specific YETI product colour that I was looking for. The guy who answered the phone checked the stock and told me explicitly that they had the one I was looking for. I was super excited, since I've been searching everywhere for this colour as a gift, so I drove the 40 min to get to Beachcomber in order to purchase it. However, when I got there, it took me about two seconds to realize that they DIDN'T have the colour I had specifically called about. As it turns out, the guy hadn't read the label and instead just saw a similar colour and made his assurance on an assumption.In summary, I wasted over 1.5 hours on the trip for a situation that was completely avoidable. Make sure to do your own diligence if you ask any questions here, because it's clearly not a guarantee to have detail-oriented service.

We purchased our first new hot tub from Beachcombers in London and are completely satisfied from sales to installation. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the beachcomber brand if you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub and the team in London Ontario have great customer service. We have had an excellent experience and are very happy with our purchase.

This is a fantastic business. The staff are incredibly helpful and explain everything perfectly. While I haven't yet been able to try the hot tub because we only just ordered it, I was extremely impressed with the friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff at this location. I'll update this review once I know what the hot tub is like, but based on the experience thus far in the helpfulness of the staff, I'm anticipating an excellent product as well. I highly recommend this place for patio, deck, barbecue, hot tub, and outdoor entertaining needs.

I just wanted to recognize the Beachcomber London family for their efforts during this difficult time. I have always been a huge Beachcomber fan and am always promoting the brand to all my friends.I bought my 578 tub in 2004 and use it religiously and it still runs like the day I bought it. Thanks to Jeff and Jeremy for all their years of service, they were always there when I needed them. I will be back soon for a new one!

Above and beyond peace of mind! That's how I describe my experience with Beachcomber London. Not only the product is top notch, the service from the staff is something I have not experienced before. The salesman went out of his work schedule to accommodate for us to wet test their spa's on his free day when the store was closed. He was always there when we had questions, never he pushed us towards any particular tub or to buy from them at all. Unlike other places, these guys never trash talked the rest of the brands and or stores. The transaction was smooth as butter, the communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time (order placed, tub in production, tub being shipped from BC, tub to be delivered). It was a great surprise to see Tyler, the salesman arriving WITH the tub and helping with installation and set-up. Always with a big smile on his face.The tub is a true Canadian piece of engineering. Jets are really strong and the pressure is consistent throughout the tub. Motors are extremely quiet. The construction of the tub and insulation are perfect for our extreme Canadian Winter and Summers.All in all, we recommend the brand and more importantly the friendliness and professionalism of Beachcomber London.
