Absolute disappointment! Placed my order through mobile ordering came in to pickup the order and eat it in store with my family we asked for sanitizer to clean our hands they said they didn’t have any, no problem we’ll go to the washroom.. BUT WAIT washroom has no SOAP!! After we finished eating our pizza we had 2-slices left so we asked for a 2-slice box but the staff there said they were not allowed to give us one and instead gave us a paper bag which resulted in the pizza being squished.The seats were metal, uncomfortable and made a screeching noise when you move move them, almost felt my ears were going to bleed.What type of customer service is this?Food quality 7/10Cleannesses 4/10Waiting time 6/10Costumer service 2/10Price $$

Six weeks in a row I went to them Tuesday and Wednesday between seven and eight in the evening to grab a slice of pizza before heading to a quick work - every single week they had no slice of pizza left or one very old crusty slice of pizza left. The owner said food cost has gone up so they don’t make as much. That means they are okay with giving old krusty slices or no slices at all to their customers. Will stop buying from this location immediately.

Not the best pizza pizza in the area ( I prefer Erin Centre & Glen Erin ). The offer Halal pepperoni only if you order in person, I still don’t understand the exact reason why can’t we order Halal toppings by phone or online or app?If anyone has a confirmed answer: Please let me know.Food quality 7/10Cleannesses 9/10Waiting time 9/10Costumer service 8/10Price $$

In general they are good, but they need some improvement for some minor issues- The restaurant need more clean- The service need to be more faster by increasing the workers- The disability bottom in the front door not working for long time ago

Was on a job site making repairs on the garbage room door for the property manager of this complex when the owner of pizza pizza came to toss out his garbage, I politely told him the door isn’t in operation right now and to leave the boxes outside and I will throw them out for him when the work is done. About 20 minutes after the work was complete while we were packing up, the owner of pizza pizza returns with a slice of pizza and pop for both my co worker and I.It’s the nice gestures like this that we need in life and just goes to show that good karma is truly a thing.Thanks again for the delicious pizza!

No sense of urgency, understaffed, and overall an awful experience. Multiple customers were served before us and our food was cold. we dined in. We only ordered 2 poutines. We watched the cashier drop one. When we went to complain the staff started talking with each other and they seemed upset. I’ve always loved pizza pizza and even have many stocks invested in this company but after today I’m highly considering selling them and never returning to dine again.

I ordered ten chicken wings with onion rings ($15), portion was great for two people. The breaded chicken wings were pretty good as was the honey garlic sauce but the onion rings were horrible, very greasy with a weird taste. Service was pretty quick, was in and out in under 10 minutes however the lady at the front was rude and could use some customer service training. The place was clean inside with nice decor, looks like it may have been recently renovated. Lots of parking is available. Overall a typical pizza place, nothing special.

There pizzas are dry with hardly any sauce and most importantly cheese. I have come here twice now and I feel like I am mostly eating bread with hardly any cheese. I understand food costs have gone up but so have prices so please start serving better quality pizzas because you will start losing customers fast. I will no longer come to this location as there are many other pizza pizza nearby who serve better quality. Shame on you for serving bad pizza.

AVOID!!!!!! Don’t order from this locationVery disgustingWe couldn’t finish eatingWe placed an order for a lot of people so we ordered a lot of food ( two large pizzas, two boxes of wings one large fries and drinks and sauces ) we are all very very disappointedThe fries look so bad we couldn’t eat them they are very old and they probably just heated it up again same thing with the pizza it looks very old and just heated the crust was so harddddddIt’s the worst quality!!!
