Great place!!! I’m actually sitting here right now at Brampton East Toyota! I came here to say this is a great place to purchase your first car or if you want to upgrade it’s definitely worth coming here to upgrade! We bought our car the year when covid started! Things took a turn and we needed a new car. It was displayed inside here and my mom loved it. That was the same day we bought the car and gave our old vehicle in! My mom is so glad she did that. Back in December we came for oil change and everything went smoothly. Now we are back here again because our gas tank all of a sudden stopped opening. As always everything here is fast and efficient. Also staff members are great! Also they have complimentary tea and coffee :)

I had a wonderful experience at Brampton East Toyota. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant. The sales team that assisted me, Gurdip and Abdullah, were very thorough in explaining the features of the RAV4 Prime. The manager, Hardeep Sidhu, was also efficient and helpful. Very excited for my new vehicle thanks to this team's above and beyond service.

Had a service for first time here and am extremely pleased with the service. Sanaya the service advisor is a great lady and made it a really smooth experience. Had a flat tire repair along with regualr maintenance. I have ECP with Toyota and they replaced the flat tire with a brand new one for no cost. Only issue is the time taken. It took almost 3 hours for my car service. Although I had wheel alignment to be done and a flat tire relacement so considering all that I am okay with the time this time. Looking forward to how it goes next time.

12v battery stopped working, called in for a last minute appointment, lady I spoke with in the service area was extremely helpful. She ( missed her name) understood that it's an emergency since I can't start my car without servicing this and was about to put me in the next day even though they were fully booked which was much appreciated.Other locations were all booking for June 6th onwards even knowing I won't have access to a car for 3 weeks if I booked with them.I was also able to price match with the parts department and service department here using the quotes I got from the other dealerships. All in all great experience.

Received my car today. Bramptom East Toyota has a very competent and hardworking team indeed. They helped me get my car in the shortest time compared to all other dealerships in the region. I bought a used 2021 Highlander and found the price reasonable considering the market. I dealt with Sumit. He was very professional friendly and answered my texts and calls on his days off with his family. They followed through with whatever they promised. I also bought a Sienna in 2010 from them (I think it used to be called something else at that time) and just sold it today. I recommend them 100%. Thank you guys. Nathan
