Courtney was such an amazing Sales person! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Even when the vehicle was being seen by a different department at GM, Courtney would reach out, give us updates and check in on the vehicle for us. Her customer service didn’t stop after the sale was complete, she continues to check in to make sure we are still loving our vehicle.If you’re looking for a trustworthy sales person at GM, Courtney would be the one I recommend !

Just picked up my vehicle. They replaced Valve stems on 3 tires.I was quoted over the phone 375$ labor and parts plus taxes on top of that. 15 hours later I came to pick up my car, and the cashier there tells me that my bill is $606.When I asked why the cost went from 375$ to $606 in 15 hours, the cashier was very nice and called the person (Susan) who did the quote. At first, they didn't wanna change it and then after she checked her system (and 20mins additional waiting) they lowered it down to $426.99.An additional $35.86 was added for Misc Material Use and Hazardous waste disposal- that should be in a quote.I made a mistake and bought a used car here, the reason why I came back here is that I purchased a tire and key warranty (which was the biggest mistake), and the warranty didn't cover stem valves, since the quote was around 20% higher than other shops and they could do it immediately I decided to go with GMC Summit, and made a mistake again.Skip this place if you are buying a used/new vehicle or fixing your car.I would give them minus 10 stars for their honesty" in business but unfortunately

She's super friendly, honest & goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of she was very good at knowing what we wanted in a vehicle. Andy in Finance was fantastic, we didn't have to wait long before we got our approval, he made the entire process painless.
