Edmond has been assisting us through a complicated project that has involved a little of everything a developer could run across; re-zoning, change of use, conversion to duplex, amongst other things. Initially, I was skeptical about paying him in full thinking he might not be responsive like the other draftspersons I had dealt with. Contrary to my skepticism, I found Edmond to be professional and disciplined. Whenever we get a feedback from the city planner, Edmond will make those adjustments within hours. His response time is incredible and this has helped us save a lot of money in carrying costs and break ground quicker.

Where do I start with this guy, just hire a professional. First the language barrier and communication is unbearable. I could not even get an estimate on lumber with his premalary plans, his response was that my house project was too small and that the lumber yard was not interested in dealing with my plans. A few examples, the side view showed truss running in the wrong direction, patio showed a pile on elevation plan but was completely missing on foundation plan, 2x10 rafter with R50 insulation, at one point I asked for a metal roof and he came back with rafter spaced out at 48on the plans. You get quick plans but have to go back and forth many times to get results and plans are incomplete. I'm not a contractor and kept finding mistakes on his drawings. His office is fully decorated with religion based pictures and books which makes you think you can trust this guy but beware of the facade. I believe that you should not mix your religion and business like he does. I ended up hiring a professional. He wanted to charge me another $250 for the foundation plans since I changed my mind on the type of foundation

I have work with Edmond for a while now. He is very good at what he does. He responds to all requests from the city. I strongly recommend Edmond for your next project.
