The UPS Store

Although my package arrived at its destination, I found it strange how hesitant the clerk was to scan my package and give me a receipt. He kept saying to just leave my package on the counter. I don’t think printing a receipt would entail any added energy or work. If it provides peace of mind for the customer, he should provide what the customer has requested.

The service is badThey are exploitative and I do not advise anyone to deal with them

Very odd and difficult to describe customer service. When I walked into drop off two packages the clerk was very unwilling to scan the items in before I left.Kept asking for me to drop the items off at the counter and just walk away and then he would scan them later".It appeared to me that he became personally offended when I said I would wait until he would scan items in before I left. I waited for about 5 minutes while he "worked on the computer" for a while. For two packages it took him less than 5 seconds to scan both when he finished doing whatever he was doing.It was a very odd experience and it left me creeped out. I won't say the word "scam" here but

Excellent customer service. Had enhanced covid booster papers laminated and only took 15 minutes for 4 copies start to finish. Have used this UPS office several times and am always happy with results.

This UPS location stepped up and hurried my package out to the truck so that my package would be delivered that day rather than waiting. The employee was very kind and willing to help!

Amazing people that work here! Drop off is so easy! They know you by name and sends email with confirmation within minutes. No need to wait in line. Thank you guys for excellent customer service

This store is supposed to open at 9 AM, I arrived at 9:15 AM this morning, and stayed until 9:55 AM this morning and they were still not open. Very very unprofessional. In that time. I told at least 12 other people who approach the door they weren’t open yet and they all took their business elsewhere. I tried to call when I got back to my store which I had to open at 10, and their mailbox is full and is not excepting messages. Go figure. Obviously this business owner doesn’t care about customer service.

This store is amazing. All of the employees are extremely helpful. They walk me through any glitches I have when trying to send information or return packages. I highly recommend this store
