Very rude people. We bought lace and materials and when we got home the lace wasn’t in the bag so we called them and asked where it was and she’s like it fell on the ground lol. She didn’t even tell us or call. So we had to drive all the way back to get it. Right now I’m in the car after getting our measurements and she couldn’t find the sheet it was written on. Low and behold! It was on the ground! It sucks so much because there’s no other place really offering the same type of business.

Worst customer service ever. The lady was soo rude when I asked if she had a specific color of fabric to match a suit, she didn't even look and said she doesn't have it. Do not come here because its a waste of time, they will not help you. I also came all the way from surrey so for me I've been to many Indian clothing stores but never had such rude and bad customer service. If i could give 0 stars I would, even negative stars is what they deserve.

The WORST tailors I’ve ever experienced! They took on some blouses that are need for a wedding and did not deliver on time. When they were finally complete the blouses were very poorly made. To add insult to injury, they tried to charge more for the awful job! If I could give the a zero, that’s what I’d give. Please don’t use them as they are terrible.

Worst shopping experience. Wastage of money I recommend don’t go there they give me bridal bangles at cost 168$ and after returning home I checked the same thing on amazon that would be 75$. Its huge difference.

Great customer service, very friendly and accommodating... Pricing is reasonable too..the tailor is amazing, he had my outfit made from scratch in half a day n did an awesome job of it.. thank u sooo much... definitely recommend them...

Worst shop to shop from. The cashier tried to keep extra change when she was given american dollars when we confronted her she agreed to give us $40 back and she still kept $ 20-30 she said she does not have enough in the register. She did not even apologize.
