BEST NAIL SALON!! I’ve been coming here for years. The talent that everyone has here is amazing. I’m always laughing and smiling here. From the second I walk in and am greeted by reception and they check me in to my PHENOMENAL nail tech (Katie) I’m smiling ear to ear. Literally every time after I get my nails done I have people commenting how amazing my nails are everywhere I go. I’ve honestly never had my nails break at all, and I’m very rough with my hands. They are a salon that you can find designs on Pinterest and bring it in and they even turn out better than the picture you walked in with. I have referred many friends and family to come here and they have never walked away disappointed or upset. They are always in love with their nails. I’m a heavy preacher on “you get what you pay for” if you want a place that gives you a $40 you’re going to get $40 quality. Everyone is so skilled and they put their heart into every persons nails. There are many many salons in my area and I am more than happy and willing to drive 30 mins to get my nails done here because they are worth the drive.They offer many different services here aside from nails and pedis. So make sure you check it out. They have services like eye lashes and semi permanent eye brows are from the staff taking classes to learn these skills to ensure that it is done properly.The salon is beaming and bright and very very clean. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have never an issue.

I have been a client of Nail experts for about 6 years now. I live in London and still commute back into Burlington to have my services done by here. I will never get my lashes done anywhere else! The staff is so accommodating and really care about each client. Thank you nail experts for keeping me looking beautiful ❤️

I had my nails done there, the colour was very pretty and the people were very diligent. Despite a small problem afterwards, they were able to advise me and help me find a solution. They are welcoming and professional in all circumstances. Thanks

Working at this salon, I can 100% say that we try our best to ensure a clean environment & great customer service. I am not a nail tech, but a receptionist here. I have been here for over 2 years, and although I left to pursue my career, I decided to come back part time to help this business because the owners & team treat me very well. I’ve been a manager at a couple restaurants and I know what it’s like to have a boss who undervalues you & can easily replace you. All this to say, I deal with the reviews here - the good and the bad.I came on here to say that 1) it’s a nail salon. We file nails. If you file your nails at home, you’ll find dust all over you. Although there is dust, you will see my boss walking around with a towel cleaning the floors. Or with a broom sweeping. She is very hard working & she’s been in this industry for a while. She gives each technician that she hires a hard time if things are messy or unclean. And trust me, I do too. After every client, we sanitize the chairs, wipe down the tables and sanitize all supplies used or throw them out & get new ones.2) When it comes to customer service, we have high expectations. As front receptionist, I try to ensure everyone has a great service. I’ve been trained to ask every client when they are done how things were, because if things aren’t good - we will make sure you leave happy & satisfied. So we invite clients to let us know how their experience was right away! Do not be shy! We take customer service & client satisfaction to a high significance due to our high standard. Some technicians have good days & bad days - they’re human, just like we are. And if on the off chance you get a technician who had a bad day, we will listen to you. All this to say, we ask that you give us a chance. Because one tech with a bad day, does not mean our salon is bad.3) I personally drive from Hamilton on my day off to come get my nails done here. I’ve gone elsewhere before, closer to home (and we know how expensive gas is) but working here, I know our salon is clean & the technicians work hard, and are experts in their jobs. So I choose to come here. Our pricing is fair and makes sense. At the front, we double check to make sure no one is being overcharged. If anything, I think we undercharge for our work sometimes.TLDR; All in all, I decided to come on here not to put a bias review. But an honest review from inside. If this salon was dirty or if I thought what they were doing was sketchy, or unfair, I would have left and not looked back. So I hope this review just shows what type of salon Nail Experts and Spa is - an honest, hardworking, clean & truly high quality salon.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails, toes and lashes! I’ve been a client here for years and I’m ALWAYS been happy. I live 90 mins from the salon and the service and experience is worth the drive!

I got the classics done by Jaytee. He was just beginning when I first got them done on Jan 21st/23 but I’ve honestly so impressed with his quick learning and the retention of this set. Couldn’t recommend him enough! I’m now hitting week 3 and they still look great

I've been to a few places in Burlington and this is the best hands down and pricing is reasonable. I've switched from my main place I went to for years and found this place through a friend and with reading reviews. I've been going to Nail Experts over a year now and always recommend them. Everyone is always so friendly there!My nails look amazing everytime!

Shellac manicure before my beach holiday by Tiffany last week - kind, sweet, attentive, great nails!My nails lasted in sun and all week, and they still look great!In 2018 I went here for a shellac manicure, and a male tech was rude and unfriendly, and cashier too. I thought I'd give them another try last week, five years later, and the service was excellent.
