In 20 years of driving I've never had to make a claim on ICBC and I had a tire explode on the highway and cause a TON of damage to the rear body of my journey and they made it so much less stressful. My brothers 2018 Audi S5 collided into a pole few weeks back, Simmi and the team and sudden impact ordered brand new OEM parts from Audi langley and restored the car like new within 8 days. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Definitely recommend his shop over any others in the Lowermainland.

I had an accident and I called so many places for ICBC repair, all places told me that they are busy and I need to make appointment for estimate, some places told me that I will get my car fixed no less than 5 to 6 weeks. I walked in to the sudden shop and Raj was super nice, he was very helpful and took the car to get fixed right away and gave me a rental car to use. I got my car fixed and super clean in 5 days. My lovely Mazda 3 got into an accident on the highway and I was at a loss to see its condition. Everywhere else I was given for a repair, the wait times were literally for weeks before I am able to get my car in for repair. Secondly, no courtesy cars were available in July 2022 due to cars unavailability in the market. Surrey Autobody and repair shop was just mean regarding me bringing my car in with an accident and they shooed me away.However, I was suggested by my dad to visit Sudden Impact for my car repair. The service by Mr. Raj was exceptional during this distressed time for me. He made sure that the things get done in a timely manner so I receive my car back in time. Furthermore, I was happy that they had courtesy cars available !! This was big as it ensures that I arrive on time to work and my life keeps going the same. Along with Mr. Raj, the owner, Mr. Samra was really nice and genuine person. He ordered parts and made sure my car comes back in the same condition before the accident. He also added my lower front lip which took me a long time to receive from a third party. In short, this place cares for you as accidents can be quite stressful for many people. Overall, this is the reason why Sudden Impact must always be chosen over any other repair shops in Surrey or Lower mainland. The customer service, the timeliness, the respectful work environment, and work urgency makes this place one of the best repair shops in Surrey. Period. :)

I had a great experience here! The staff was knowledgeable, especially Raj. The technicians were skilled and efficient. My car was involved in crash and it was damaged immensely. But sudden impact made sure they can repair it without any further delays. Before calling sudden I contacted several repair shops the wait time was at least 3 weeks to 1 month. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my car’s issue with in 3 days.I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional customer service and quality work. It was wonderful experience with the body shop. Raj the talented guy I have ever met. He is having ample of knowledge about claims and the procedure. No words can match his expertise. Although I had two claims on my car he tried to save my car but unfortunately the car was total loss. Recently got the settlement mail from ICBC. Thanx Raj for everything.
