Great Vegan choice. I tried all the vegan options there.Specify and make it clear that you want vegan cheese on your poutine. They do this mistake" every time I go there.Otherwise

Oh yum! We went there twice in Quebec City the week we were there. First was a weekend and the top terrace where I had the bison burger and tasting mayonnaise group.I discovered Ungave gin which was amazing and made us go search for it.Interesting the the bread in another country from the USA did not upset my stomach.Great food and service. I recommend the bison burger.The cream brûlée made m sister face look like she was going to cry! She was very happy.

The food was amazing, the burgers were great. The staff had no problem with my horrible french. They definitely spoke better english. Menus are available in both French and English. There is a kids menu with great options. You can taste that all the food is freshly prepared. We had the burgers and our kids had the chicken fingers (amazing), and the chicken burger (sliced chicken breast). Everyone enjoyed their meals. The place is a little more expensive, and stuffy but still great.

This was a great burger place- food was awesome. My son had the beef burger from the kids menu (he ate the whole thing, which is rare for him!), I had the salmon burger, and my wife had the bean burger. So, a range of burgers, and all were outstanding.We all reported great flavor with crisp, fresh cold accoutrement like the onions and lettuce. The fries and the various aoeli were really well done also. Finally, my wife and I enjoyed the local beers which were well paired and delicious. My son had a custom made lemonade which he really enjoyed.We were visiting Quebec City from Baltimore and wanted a place that wasn’t overly touristy in price or quality. This Chez Victor hit the mark. Even though we came in on the swing shift with a kid and a baby, we were welcomed with excellent service in addition to the great food, which really exceeded my expectations. Overall a great experience and a wonderful meal.

The burgers were okay, as well as the mayos, but the salad was a disaster. It was stale, with lots of weird and spotted chopped lettuce parts and a few squished capers across. And the salad was 15$!The same old lettuce was also used in the burgers.I used to enjoy this place since it's close to home, but this single experience greatly dampened my interest in returning.
