If I could leave more than 5 stars then I would leave 100. Kat is incredible. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing laser therapy. I ran into an issue with freckles tattooed on my forehead and needed them removed as they looked really out of place and were starting to blend together. I got set up with a consultation with Kat and was hesitant to go because I was a little traumatized from the freckle experience. Kat's years of experience, knowledge and understanding made me feel instantly at ease. There was a complete trust in her ability to help me through this experience. I went back about a month later for the actual treatment. It was seamless and took no time at all. When I went to pay, Kat stated I was not to pay, that she was going to take care of this for me. To say I was floored would be an understatement. Also Sarah popped in for a visit to check in and was incredible lovely too. From start to finish, amazing experience. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Bella was very nice and had a good touch. Also she was attentive to my comfort.The music piped into the room left a lot to be desired in consideration of the service being offered. It was high energy dance music of an inferior caliber! Bella did put on some relaxing music but the same piece played continuously during the 1 hour and 15 min. treatment. I guess music is part of the spa experience for me.The facial itself was good and I did come away feeling relaxed.I’m not sure why I had to remind the person taking payment that I was taking advantage of their flash sale which entitled me to a 40% discount, as I had phoned after booking on line to confirm the appointment and the discount. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a California facial with Bella today and she is AMAZING. Gentle, kind, friendly, great communication. She really went above and beyond to get my skin perfect. She left my skin glowing ready for my engagement photos. I will absolutely be back for another facial with her. Thank you Bella!

My first experience at Deco De Mode was fantastic. I went to see Danielle to have my mole darkened, and was very impressed by both her knowledge and skill. As well, her relaxed demeanour was particularly appreciated while having my face tattooed. The space is professional and glamorous at the same time, and anyone I spoke to there was friendly and helpful. I plan to go back and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had my eyebrows tattooed by Dani and she did a great job. I was comfortable the whole time. She picked the perfect colour and shape for my face.

It was my first ever time there and it will definitely not be my last. The staff was all very friendly. Then environment was very calming which I needed after a busy work week. I loved that the equipment used for my manicure and pedicure was all in packages and sterilized. Also it was the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had and I have had many! No complaints definitely will return :)

My experience at Deco de mode has been fantastic! Kat is so sweet and amazing and always makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She is the best! If you need a service she is very honest and transparent and will help you choose the right one.

Loved my experience here. I had my eyebrows waxed & tinted by Bella and she was absolutely wonderful. The tint is the most perfect shade. I was nervous to find a new place to go for my eyebrows after just moving here from out of province but I am so so happy I found this place. 10s across the board. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Kat for both laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal for a few months now and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing my experience has been, but I’ll try! Kat is professional, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, fun, I could go on and on… I highly recommend Deco to all my friends and family for laser services. I had a rough experience with laser hair removal at another Victoria based salon and was nervous to give it a second go but Kat assured me she would make this experience way better and if I didn’t want to continue with laser, we would stop. My experience with Kat has been virtually painless, she works so quick and efficiently, and I’ve seen results after one session! I wish I had found Kat years ago. Victoria’s best!

The salon sent multiple emails asking for how my appointment went and I sent them my honest feedback with photos and never heard back.I went in for a pedicure. I was expecting something great based on the reviews - not so.The technician actually cut my cuticle to the appointment bleeding and a scab for almost a week afterwards.The seats are very uncomfortable for a pedicure.Honestly, a terrible experience and I won’t be back. No idea what all the hype is about.Also, it was pretty expensive, big waste of money.
