I had an issue with one of the knives that I purchased a couple years back and contacted Wüsthof to see if they could help me out. Their customer service was incredible and the company stands behind their product!

This is really for Wustof USA, but are they really that different? Anyway, knife broke cutting cheese (not a joke), and they sent me a replacement that was the wrong color, then offered to let me spin the wheel again by mailing it back...again....no thanks, fail.

My WÜSTHOF classic IKON series knives have arrived!A 8 Cook’s Knife and a 7" Hollow Ground Santoku; I feel like a kid at Christmas.Both are well balanced and a good weight (you know you're working with a quality commercial-grade knife). Spend the money

Ordered an amazing knife for my husband for Christmas. The customer service was unreal - I think his name was Derek? I simply could not find a really long knife in Canada, but Wusthof had one left that was discontinued. He even walked over to the inventory to get eyes on it while on the phone to make sure it wasnt an inventory/computer count issue...then gave me such a nice deal.. I got it very quickly before Xmas and my husband LOVES it. He shows all his friends when we are smoking a big hunk of meat on the Traeger. Honestly there's no excuse for how long this review took, but I think of this awesome experience every time the knife comes out!

We are absolutely delighted with Wustof-Trident's customer service! Last Friday we mailed our favourite 20 cm. Cook's knife for warranty assessment. Within two business days a new knife was delivered by courier. It is heartening to know that Wusthof preserves its 200 yr. tradition of excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Thank you!

I ordered the Santoku knife + whetstone gift set but they sent the wrong gift set of a Santoku knife + paring knife instead. Customer service got wind of the mistake ASAP and sent me the correct product. Amazing products and amazing customer service to back it up. I can't imagine buying high-quality knives anywhere else. Thank you guys.
