Ruffin's Pet Centres - Georgetown

They do a terrible job on washing your pet. People seemed nice enough but after picking up my dog from a groom, he still smelt like a dirty dog. I'll pay more money to go elsewhere

Hi there I only gave you 3 stars it's not for grooming, grooming deserves more for Abby, but honestly from the service, after I groomed my dog I found a cute bunny I wanted to buy it yesterday lady at the cashier said we don't have his stuff here and it will cost you around 400 bucks I told her I can buy him now with his cage she said it's for our personal use I told her fine, she said go home read about bunnies and then decide so I told her I'll come tomorrow, I bought everything from pet smart same day shipping and after I arrived same lady told me bunny is here but other client will pick him, kids got disappointed ny big son came from school was excited he installed the cage and I was really shocked, I told her why you didn't told me that last night she said it's not me the one who put him in hold, is this a way to gain customers i really don't know what to say, as for the owner how to trust this type of staff???.

Small store with BIG heart! About 3 years ago I saw a picture of this beautiful orange cat up for adoption. I was feeling a bit lonely while away at school and decided to at least go in and see him. The staff was great at introducing us and explaining the cost that goes along with owning a cat (because I explained I hadn't owned one before). Three years later I am still buying all his food, litter, and other supplies from Ruffin's! Even though they know me so well (being a regular for 3 years) I am greeted kindly and offered helped every time I go in. :)If I can put it simply, the staff really care about their human customers and even more so about the animals they are providing for. If you need help in food education, like I did, they definitely take the time to go over the options in the store and what to watch for in fake healthy foods". I love this store

Want to share my awesome experience with you about Brenda. First time bringing my dogs to her for grooming and was so impressed with her. She listened to my requests and concerns and Levi and Daisy came out beautiful. And calm! She has high anxiety and was cool as a cucumber. Levi looks handsome. Brenda clipped and filed down their nails where I don’t hear the tick tick tick on the floor.Highly recommend.

When it comes to dog food being in stock this is where they are lacking .I placed an order 2 weeks ago, to come in there yesterday saying oh I didn't order it because I wasnt sure which one u wanted puppy or adult" ? Later going home I thought to myself "she should have called me. They have my # " but didn't. I feel stressed out over this .she offered me to buy a senior bag until stock comes in which I did. I don't want my 9 month old puppy eating senior food . Regardless if it's for a short period ."

Average. They don’t really have anything I need. Just basic stuff but it’s a bit of everything so I think that’s why they’re missing so much stuff.

Ruffin's is by far my favourite place in town to get all my pet needs. Staff & management are very knowledgeable & very helpful. They always go out of their way to help you the best that they can. No reason to go anywhere else. Hands down this is the best pet store in Georgetown!

Very pleased with the service offered at Ruffin's. I have bought my hamsters and guinea pigs here and always keep coming back for animal supplies and food. So nice to see many different varieties of pets sold here and be greated by either the talking parrot Olivia or a cat, makes your trip so much more enjoyable.

I absolutely enjoy taking Buster to Abby to get groomed.Abby is such a fantastic groomer and Buster really loves her.
