Chris was my realtor when we purchased our new home back in April of 2021.. right bang in the middle of the pandemic. We actually moved in lockdown. We honestly couldn’t have had a better realtor. He worked hard for us, did what ever he could possibly do to make things easy. He answered so many of our questions, and really made us feel comfortable. Never once pushed us, was just there and was the exact support we needed. I would recommend chris to anyone from start to finish he was AMAZING! He let us view the home twice before buying because I wanted to show my parents. He offered to help with things after we moved in. Again, he was awesome. If you need a realtor, choose Chris!!!

Chris helped me with my first home and Land. Market was tough and it was hard time for the buyers . With his expertise he was able to advise me what to do it or not . While visiting houses , he always mention plus and negative things about the houses.That's what most first buyers need to know. They have to know expenses they have to add after purchasing. He picks phone any time of day and night . He is very punctual, very responsive .I would really recommend Chris for your real estate needs .

Chris is a phenomenal agent. He is patient, flexible , professional , a great communicator who kept us in the loop at all times and very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for budgetwise, location and size and he was very instrumental in us finding our dream home. We never felt like we were being a bother by our numberous house interest visits as he was always willing to accomodate. Above all he was very honest, so if he felt a property was not worth the amount , he would make valid points to support his claims. I wish I had more property to buy because he would definately be our guy. I would 100 per cent recommend him as a superb real estate agent!

Chris did an amazing job with finding our forever home - which he was able to negotiate for under asking! Chris went above and beyond to help us find our retirement property. Everything had to be done virtually, but videos were well done and it went seamlessly. He worked very hard to find us just the right place that suited our needs.Chris has lots of experience with hands-on construction and renovations as well. He was very forthright about the pros and cons of the finished homes we looked at, in terms of the quality of the build and finishes.
