I booked an appointment at Dynalife Glenbrook and had to wait 4 weeks for the appointment. Then, upon arrival, 10 min wait to check in at the reception. Then, 30 min wait for another receptionist to check my ID and the another long wait for a tech to do my bloodwork. All in all, I waited 45 min post my appointment time booked a month ahead of time! The waiting room was overflowing with patients, there was no room to sit.

Waited over 2hrs to be seen had an appt and a save my place due to 12 hrs fasting with hypoglycemia sugars dropped to a reading of 2" staff don't care saying there's nothing that can be done sorry and throw your req back at you and say wait for a text. Well they text you but then you still wait 2hrs. People lining the hallways packed waiting rooms

Great people are in a horrible position dealing with a company without respect. Hour-plus wait times for appointments. And the waiting rooms are not big enough. Update! They have water at the desk, so you can stay hydrated while you wait 4.5 hours.

I have visited the Ranchlands site a few weeks earlier and had to leave since the wait times with an appointment was almost 3 hours. THIS monday, we visited the Glenmore site and I had a appointment for 2.40 pm and the wait time is still more than 2 hours. Why are you allowing people for walkin when you cannot serve those with appointments on time. If you want to do blood work for kids stay away from this place. The lab technician had little to no patience in dealing with kids and we were forced to walk out without doing the blood work for my kid after waiting for so long. We waited for more than an hour and why can't you be patient for even 5 minutes. Public health care has been morphed into a joke and a lot of people who depend on it are the ones who suffer the most. Dynalife you have stolen two school days and several work hours from us already.

This place used to be open weekends and the wait times were better before it went private. Last time I was here I made an appointment for bloodwork, and when I got there they said they didn't see it, and I had to wait even though I had gotten the confirmation and everything. but when I got. Even the staff here seem fed up with the changes, it's ridiculous.

This is ridiculous. A simple recurring A1C blood test for diabetes. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Walk in at 1:30for a 1 :40 appointment. Told there would be a 40minute delay, and the next person right behind me was told a 1 hour delay. I am now missing work time. This is completely unacceptable. This company has cost me hours of wasted time and money. When will this end?

This was the first time for me experiencing someone so rude at check in.I had an urgent test request to check my glucose as I am 27 weeks pregnant. This test needs to be done in the current week (before 28 weeks). I walk in to this location because I have typically found them to be very organized and the person checking me in tells me that I need an appointment for my test and it can’t be done through a walk in!!!The appointments are booked out months from now, so I very politely said it’s kinda impractical in my situation as I can’t wait that long. AND lo & behold she goes on telling me that they’ll do it for once for now but also how she doesn’t need to hear from me how their appointments work!!I mean was there a need to be so RUDE to a pregnant person who’s fasting for this test( or anyone in general)!!I apologized thinking that I offended her & I tell her that the appointment timeline & the test urgency just don’t go together! She then proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t handle appointments or any feedback related to the bookings & hands me a contact information where I can post feedback!Well, I sure will post feedback for their appointment system but this one is for a very bad attitude from employees because it affects people how to treat them! Just be kinder.

Line up at Ranch Lands Lab at 630 am. Tried to make appointments online but couldn’t, came as a walk in. This is what happens when you cut health care costs

It’s unbelievable to me that a system that used to work is now so broken. Can’t book an appointment unless it’s weeks away, if you do book an appointment you’re now waiting for 30-60 minutes after your appointment time to be seen, and walk-ins take (at minimum) over an hour. At every location!!!

Apparently Dynalife doesn’t listen to their employees or patients.I booked an appointment 2 months ago. I went in today and ended up waiting almost 45 mins for me to be called. Did anyone else know that even when you BOOK an appointment, if the walk-ins are waiting a while the BOOKED patients will wait so they can get through the walk-ins. That’s garbage. I will NOT EVER go back. There’s a mobile blood work company out of Calgary which I will use from now on. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH A HORRIBLE HEAD OFFICE. Look at your reviews and start putting your staff and patients first. Horrible
