I’ve had their 5 in 1 wand for 4 years and it’s amazing, I cannot recommend it enough!

I Have always bought/really loved Bombay hair. Up until recently when I purchased a pack of 100g blonde extensions, I noticed the hair quality hasn’t been the same. The hair feels very stringy when wet and seems to fall out quicker then usual. Currently not impressed with the quality as I have always loved this company. Debating if I purchase again from them again.

Probably the best place to buy hair extensions. I’ve tried many other big brands and have always been left unsatisfied with the quality of hair after use. I’ve washed, brushed, pulled out and gone to sleep in Bombay extensions and they’ve always gone back to great shape after a little maintenance! Their colour match is also great. Would highly recommend.

I’m obsessed with the Silk Pillow cases. Best quality! I had purchased from Slip before they cost a lot more and cheaper quality compared to these. Highly recommend. Just purchased a few more during Birthday sale! Love the hair claws as well. Good quality and affordable. One of my favourite brands that I trust and recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.DO NOT PURCHASE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY IF THINGS DONT WORK OUT AND YOU HAVE TO RETURN.

My flat iron shuts off every mins or so it’s super annoying. I emailed warranty and because I purchased from a local salon they will not help me. I have the entire set of hot tools from bombay as a matching set. Sucks they can stand behind their products. There for I would NOT recommend. Terrible

In December I purchased hair extensions and the worker had even matched my hair to the extension. They gave me the extension and I did not open it until the last week of February. When I opened the extension, the colour did NOT match my hair at all. I recently when to get it exchanged because I did not even touch the extension and I was willing to get another colour even though the worker messed up. When I went there, the worker I talked to was very rude. She was on here phone for atleast 30 minutes. When she later finally talked to me, she kept saying it was not the workers fault and she did not give the manager’s phone or name. Reminder, I paid 500$ for these extensions and ended up getting nothing out of it. Again, I could not use the extensions that were given because they were a completely different colour. I wasted 500$. Do not go here.

I absolutely love my Rose Gold Flat Iron from Bombay Hair. I picked it up at their Gordon Way office and it has worked wonders on my hair. Not only does it straighten my hair quickly, but it also leaves it super shiny and smooth.

They sold me severely damaged hair and refuse to rectify the situation. Refusing to respond to any message, emails. Don't bother trying to call they hang up before you even get to be put into queue. My hair turns to rubber when wet. My hair was installed about a week ago and I have to take them out they are so badly damaged. Terrible company!!
