Edward quickly diagnosed the problem with our fridge, gave us a repair cost and helped us to weigh the pros and cons of a repair vs a new purchase. His advice was sound and knowledgeable - he was able to pick the part up the very next morning and we had a working fridge less than 24 hours after his diagnostic assessment. He was polite and friendly and worked very quickly. We were so impressed that he came out on a holiday weekend to diagnose and repair our fridge. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and highly recommend his services.

Edward showed up in 20 minutes, his prices were reasonable, he had parts already on hand and even found a secondary problem we weren't aware of and fixed that all within an hour! Would use and recommend again. Very fair, professional and well organized.

10/10- I am very satisfied with the customer service and appliance repair Eduard provided. Eduard was able to accommodate my limited availability and he was also able to diagnose my microwave issue quickly (microwave control board was shorted). Eduard came back in a few days and repaired the microwave as needed. It is now working perfectly again! Will be referring my friends and family to Eduard in the future!
