Wow am I excited to write this review! About 5-6 months ago..I reached out to Anna in search of help. I felt very lost and broken after ending a 5 year relationship. To say that Anna helped me out is seriously an understatement. Her sessions are seriously the best. The growth I have felt over the last few months is so amazing and I know don’t think it would have happened if it wasn’t for her. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone!

I happened to have a session with Anna by chance and it was one of the luckiest moments in my life!Even though I`ve been in therapy for a year now I was feeling at that point of time that I was missing something. Rationally I understood a lot but I lacked the faith in anything good waiting for me ahead and I tended to be a victim without taking the responsibility for my own life.I am in love with the way Anna communicates with you! It feels like talking to a close trusted friend whom you can tell everything without fear of being judged. The way she supports you telling about her own struggles and experiences is really uplifting and encouraging!Despite having only 1 session with Anna I had a lot of insights and the most precious gift for me is that I started to believe I will love and be loved in the future but this time without a partner is not a punishment or an adversity, it`s my opportunity to grow and to learn my lessons!I`m incredibly grateful to Anna for opening my eyes towards many things and the insight that I have to take the responsibility and stop blaming men for all I`ve been through is among the most priceless one!

I was not in a crisis or divorce situation when I met Anna. I am always looking for ways to become my best self, and that is what brought me to working with Anna. My conversations with Anna were enlightening, thought provoking and full of life's wisdom. Anna helped me to see situations in a new light. Even thought I have heard of such techniques in various self help books and seminars, they were other peoples ideas. After working with Anna, these universal truths became mine and mine only for all the days to come. It is an honor and privilege to have worked with you Anna. It’s not always easy to connect with a professional when you ask for help.  Anna and I connected from the first moments as her style is warm and patient with obvious desire to help.  I knew she understood where I was coming from and was able to relax and open myself up.  Now, having completed my sessions, I continue to self-coach using the skills she taught and am able to keep motivated to make changes in my life.  I am very happy with our work together and highly recommend Anna as a great life coach and a wonderful person.

I LOVE coaching with Anna! She envelopes you in warmth and calm; she makes you feel heard. Our sessions were powerful: I came to her facing some complex work situation and needed to find a solution. She was a very attentive listener and great strategist; she saw patterns (my thoughts and corresponding events), and helped me to sort things out and arrive to a resolution that gave me so much clarity and confidence to carry out. Where do I start? Anna simply blew my mind from the first meeting!!I remember coming into that free session with preconceived ideas of what coaching was and boy... was I surprised after speaking to her.I got tremendous value just in that half hour of speaking with her and had to sign up to be her client.Anna gets my full endorsement and highest praise!!
