Technician came to fix my hot air furnace, he was polite on time with his appointment. Over the years I have had nothing but praise for Gaz Metro Plus, 23 they have served my equipment. Having a service contract you get the best service. Thank you Gaz Metro Plus.

Very prompt, nice technician.He made an extra effort to locate a part needed that the company did not have at the warehouse, then drove to get it. He returned shortly after with the part, installed it, tested it and made sure the rest of the furnace was in good working order. With part's and labour it would have cost, over $1,300 if we did not have the program. Merci Gaz Métro Plus!

Had great customer care from the Gaz Metro Plus Advisor I spoke to about loosing hot water from my system. After completing his initial system testing advise, I called back and he recognized me and was able to schedule a Technician to assist me the next day. Great customer service.

Useless customer service and technicians! All they want to do is sell you a service or product and never take ownership of their faults. They always blame the customer.

The tech was a superstar; really knew his stuff, took his time and did a great job! Very satisfied!

Technician and customer service were very poor. Technician comes in and says the blower motor on the furnace has blown and it requires replacement. They told us it'll take 5 business days. 5 days past and customer service says too bad you just gotta wait even it it takes a month. We brought in a private repairman and he discovered it was the programming on the thermostat was wrong. He readjusted the settings and the blower motor started up right away. Another thing I would like to point out is that that customer service rep said if we can't wait for the part, we can just buy another furnace from them instead. What a scam. Going to be cancelling the service tomorrow.
