clear float spa

This business seems to have issues with payment processing, and the facility isn't as clean as I've experienced elsewhere.I'd recommend that this business represents their prices more openly on mindbody and on their website. As a client I was surprised by the cost of the bill especially given the quality of service.

My friend and I signed up for the monthly membership. We were told that if you had a couple of unused floats the membership charges would be suspended until the saved floats were used. I recently went through bankruptcy so my generous friend was using a credit and I was reimbursing them. I received a call from a staff member saying I needed to update my card on file. I couldn't as I didn't have a credit card and was told if I don't all my saved floats would be erased. They charged my friends card for months so I had at least 6 months worth of floats saved that this company just erased.I was lied to about freezing payments once so many floats were accumulated and than had all saved wiped out..... its ridiculous and clear float totally ripped me off.It's a shame because the atmosphere and floating experience was fantastic and everything I could ask for. The management side seems corrupt and happy to rip off the clients.

This was my first ever floating experience. The service is amazingly human and the experience itself released so much stress. I enjoyed my tea in their little room, reading what other had written on the wall and in the collective journal. It made me feel blessed and free. This may be my last visit to Calgary for a long time but if I ever come back, I’ll be back at Clear Float Spa for sure. Loved it.

I have going to clear float for the sauna and floats for years now. The staff are always so kind and I love that I've added juices, electrolytes and other stuff for sale at the desk. I've tried a few float spas over the years and clear definitely stands out as the best by a long shot

Wow! First time ever floater here - 5/5 experience! I loved how detailed Clear Float Spa is; from the instructional videos on their website to the tour of the Spa when you first arrive. It really helps to alleviate the nerves of trying something new and going into the unknown! The staff was very friendly and I loved the zen room/hot drink for after the float! They truly look after the WHOLE spa experience from beginning, middle, to end!

Love this place. Staff are super friendly. Tea was steeped and waiting for me when I finished my session, along with a really great message. Spend some time in the reflection room, great experience overall.

Finally tried floating for the first time and the experience was wonderful! Jordin was amazing from start to finish. He clearly explained the membership and all the details and answered any questions I had. He even asked if I'd like a slightly bigger room for my next float which was a really kind gesture! The facility is very clean and I love the added touch of a drink with a personalized note at the end. Loved the chill room too. Seriously an amazing experience and I'm so excited to come back next week!

Experienced my first float session and it was amazing!Makes you feel light mentally and physically, would definitely recommend.Peter was very polite and helpful, gave the tour of the spa and explained everything very well.Tea and a personal note was a great complement after the session.

I ABSOLUTELY love coming to Clear Float Spa. This place is fantastic. I've been coming here for over a year & honestly I look forward to coming here every month. The staff are so friendly (thank you Jordin), it's exceptionally clean, I love the products from Rocky Mountain Soap.... honestly. The one hour of my alone time is magical. I'm so happy that I discovered Clear Float. I rave about it to everyone. Can't wait to go again on Sunday. If you haven't tried it, I'd really encourage you to do so.
