Ikea is Ikea! The only disappointment was that we got Tater Tots in place of fries even though Fries are advertised on the menu and we were not advised by the staff member in the foodbox.

DON'T GET THE RAW FISH! It was the worst thing I've ever eaten personally I'd eat paper over that. In terms of furniture it's a 4 star the quality is not the best. But please don't eat the RAW FISH!

We went today a bit disappointed, a lot of out of stock items and lots of empty shelves but online says available on hand. The room displays’ still the same and a bit disarray. Prices going up so fast too. A few weeks ago we bought $99 item now it’s $134. And the one new item online says available in Coquitlam I was looking for that we didn’t find. Anyways, we still bought a few stuff. Food’s still great though.

One of the few locations in Greater Vancouver. Compared to the other one in Richmond, this one has fewer people going so most of the time is easier to find a parking spot. There are two levels of Ikea the upper level is the showroom. I would suggest entering from the exit so you may go get some ice cream and proceed to the showroom so that you may have a snack on your hand when you enjoying the view.

WARNING on Runnen Click-in Decking! Do NOT buy this product from IKEA, unless you are prepared to re-stain them every year! IKEA will not refund nor exchange them! Management was really nice and explained very kindly the policy: Proper care was not taken for preservation of this product. You live and learn.

I am in the process of renovating my old old kitchen of 38 years, and being an elder, I was just scared to see places like Rona offering renovation with scary prices, and I decided to visit Ikea. I was so positively impressed to find many solutions, and I have hopes now that I can afford a new kitchen without having to pay an arm and a leg ! I saw a full kitchen including appliances for less than $8000.00, I am excited now to do this project, and I am happy to know that I can have one of the team helping me with the design.I can't wait !

Majority of this review will be based on the restaurant as that has the biggest room for growth given the companies lack of care for it and it’s staff.on a Friday night during dinner time (600-730) the restaurant was PACKED. there was a line up to the stairs heading down to the market. We’ve been when it’s been busy before (I mean when it is not busy lol) but the problem seemed to be lack of staff. With that being said - the staff were very kind and courteous it just seemed severely under staffed (I appreciate there is a shortage so this is said lightly). The food was good and the poutine was delicious. They only had one cashier on and there were a couple people asking for a refund (me included) to which she told us that there wasn’t one on duty and she was trying to get a hold of one. Aside from waiting - we went to grab a drink since we bought a glass - unfortunately the one drink dispenser that everyone was hounded around was broken/no syrup and only water was available. In my opinion this wasn’t well maintained as there were many customers upset about it, and a lot of stand around staff not doing much to address this. So much to the point the one cashier had to go to the back to tell someone to add syrup. While we were told it would take a minute - in the half hour I was there nothing was done. I don’t blame her because again she was the only one working the till, I blame management for their poor planning and staffing. The manager that finally did come upstairs to process 5 refunds looked like she was off shift and just in the neighbourhood as she came in regular clothes, in a rush, didn’t address anyone and had her two kids with her.The store itself was clean and filled with lots of eager customers or window shoppers. There were some staff available but not necessarily readily available. With that being said, we had shopped on our own and didn’t require help so assistance wasn’t needed on our end - this was just a mere observation of those around us.

It’s not busy during weekdays evening. You will have enough parking spots and also seats in the dining area to take a rest. The plant balls are amazing and worth trying.
