I am a educational consultant. Ms. Huang helps my young high school clients to better understand themselves and to have a better sense of future university major selections and career directions. I contacted Ning because I felt lost in my career and needed guidance with career and job in general. After working with her for about 3 weeks through in-session work and homework, I feel clearer about my traits, characters, strengths, and type of work environment I need. She uses a mix of interpersonal interactions and tests to get to know you, and help you figure out your key ingredients. She has a rough outline of how to go about it but also is flexible based on what her client voices. Compared to other similar professionals I've worked with, she is always very present, cares deeply about her clients, and has a more than usual ability to pick up your traits from small details through interactions. I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot, and I would recommend her as a career counselor.
