Dr. Heitham Gheriani

I am so grateful for Dr. Gheriani. I have never come across a doctor who was so thorough and most importantly, listened to and BELIEVED me. I discussed my concerns, and he did a biopsy for me. I was super worried and nervous, but his reassurance helped me a lot! During the procedure, he was extremely attentive and did NOT gaslight me (which I have experienced a lot of in the past).I'm really happy our paths have crossed! I truly wish more health professionals can be like Dr. Gheriani.Wanda, the receptionist, was really friendly and cool :) I had to call and follow up with the office, and she made the process really smooth - like talking to a friend.

Worst ENT doctor ever! I had otitis media with effusion on my right ear. Instead of treating me, he just sent me to another ENT doctor and hence I had to wait for extra 7 months longer to get treatment! Really bad service! I honestly don't think Dr.Gheriani deserves 5 stars!

If we are talking about humanity, this doctor is the humanity. A great doctor and very caring with his patients. He also has a great sense of understanding in his job, and i wish him all the best.

The address of this doctor has changed over 2 years ago and they haven’t taken a few minutes to update their google address.The new tenant of the previous says they are getting Dr. Gheriani’s patients “all the time” coming to the wrong address.Dr.Gheriani receptionist says that she has informed the doctor many times about the inconvenience this is causing for patients and the doctor isn’t doing anything about it.And to make things worse, there is no email is being sent out to communicate this change of address to patients.I’ve never experienced such a lack of thought and empathy for patients.I can imagine the quality of patient care is somehow reflected by this example of plain negligence.

I am so happy to have been referred to Dr. Gheriani by my Family doctor. He is wonderful, kind, attentive, patient and most importantly knowledgeable leaving no stone unturned. Fantastic reception as well. Thank you.

Dr Gheriani is the most amazing person and a doctor I’ve ever come across!!I do not have enough words to describe how kind, caring and professional he is! Wish all humans were like him!

Both Dr Gheriani & his receptionist Wanda are extremely professional, efficient & courteous. Unlike some other ENTs that I had come across recent years, Dr Gheriani's friendly demeanor put me at ease & I can't say enough for Wanda who help immensely in scheduling the necessary appointments. Dr. Gheriani is an extremely talented ENT and surgeon! He went above and beyond to help me with sinus issues that I have been having for years and with his help I was able to get my sense of smell and taste back!Dr. Gheriani always took the time to listen to all of my concerns and always was able to explain everything to me.I am very thankful that I was able to see him!
