Clean and well maintained, great amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenity of parking space. A little detail to improve: we requested a crib for our baby, the crib bars were very dirty. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Check in went smoothly. The amazing thing was Nicholas recognized us from last year and made us feel so welcomed and cared for. It was great seeing a familiar face and the fact that he's moved up within the company which is so deserving based on our past interactions. Room was great. Patricia in the club lounge was a sweetheart and was so attentive to everyone in there. The only downfall is you need more elevators.

The staff was awesome, the rooms were clean & comfortable.However, The lounge/ restaurant menu Lacked .. there was not one option for a person who has diet restrictions. Their food is prepackaged so the kitchen can not accommodate vegetarian, vegan or gluten free meals. If this is the route the hotel must take, then I suggest to have at the very least, a couple options for people who Need Healthy Food choices.

Always liked this place - even way back when it was the Capri. Cool architecture and fantastic food! They made a mango salad that was to die for (that was on the catering menu). Everyone loved the food and the staff were very accommodating.

Exhaust ventilation in the bathroom is not working- Despite the odor, maintenance denied that anything was wrong. Air flow imbalance in the suite's bedroom and living room - stand fan provided. Finally, our car was vandalized in the hotel parking lot (Side of the building). There was no reassuring security measure, just a simple Sorry about that as construction is going on" response - perhaps a sign saying "Park at your own risk" was in place. Planned to stay for a long time

Hotel itself is nice, bathrooms are a little outdated. Nice pool.We had an absolute horrible experience at check out. we were told we needed to wait aside at check out to check our room before we got our deposit back, which was fine. 50 minutes went by and we went back up to the desk and asked how long it would be. The receptionist was instantly defensive and asked why we didn’t remind her because she forgot about us. Wasted so much of our time because she forgot about us for almost an hour, causing us to miss out on breakfast and was extremely rude about it. Staff needs proper training or something

Had some big hiccups in the beginning but after being moved a few times we were happy. The staff were kind and accommodating except one lady in the morning. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds. The pool and courtyard are awesome. The restaurant food and staff were unforgettable!! They went above and beyond to right any wrongs. Will definitely be back again!!

We were pleasantly surprise by this place. Highly recommend. The rooms are clean. What we liked the most was a private lounge on the 9th floor with free food and drinks (not alcoholic.) We went up for breakfast and dinner. It was awesome. Patricia who works there was so kind. Totally staying here again.
