They cut their buns as soon as they are baked so then they end up dry and you are unable to get it cut like a hot dog bun for the meatball and Louisiana sub; they also replace their Louisiana sauce with BBQ sauce when they run out and don't tell you then argue that it's Louisiana sauce until they go into the back for 10 mins to verify; I asked the girl to put the Louisiana sauce in with the chicken before finding out it was BBQ sauce into the microwave and was told she couldn't do that because it would be cross contamination.I ran 3 Mr subs in Saskatoon, this one needs a lot work......

Great staff. Great food. This place has been here forever and is STILL one of the best sub shops in Calgary. Interior seating is a little dated but the food is great.

To the staff at this location, PLEASE remember hand hygiene. Yes, I see you wearing gloves but you wore the same pair from when I walked in, until you started making my sub. You even rang in my order prior to making my sub touching the dirty debit machine and cash register and then proceeded to make my sub wearing the same gloves. I had to ask THREE times for you to change your gloves. I am also celiac and requested the keto bun, please be aware that normal bread can’t be handled when preparing someone with celiacs sub. This wasn’t my main concern because I know many folks don’t know this and I’m comfortable walking them thru it. Food was good tho. Please educate yourselves and employees on hygiene and gluten free food prep.

Tried a Mr Sub for the first time and it was at this location. Ended up being although a little more expensive that Subway it was a better sub sandwich than they make. The place was very clean and the two ladies at front were welcoming. I'd recommend this over Subway.

Only Mr.Sub I ever been to that doesn't honor corporate specials. Claims their rewards system is down as well, i'm pretty sure it's them penny pinching.Won't be back unless I'm driving by and make an impulsive decision

Small narrow buns which don't allow many toppings without falling off. The meat was tasty and fairly generous amount but the price was ridiculously high for the small portion served. A bonus was the microwave heating to melt the cheese.Subway is a far better choice in my opinion as they allow generous amounts of toppings and meat compared to this place.

I always thought Mr.Sub was far superior to other sandwiches chains. Not so anymore. The prices have gotten so high for what you get, that it’s no longer worthwhile coming to Mr.Sub. Also, they don’t offer kids meals, so you’re forced to buy bigger subs and drinks that the kids can’t finish, nevermind the huge cost. I won’t be back.

Great fresh food!!!! Never get the rumbly bumbly stomach from poor food rotation with certain establishments! Great staff and the great store with awesome fresh food and ingredients!Cheers and keep up the good work.
