We have had this company do several jobs for us in our home. I can only say they are excellent in every aspect. Response was timely; workmanship was excellent; work was carried out in a neat and professional manner; prices were very reasonable. The young fellow that did the work was friendly and a good problem solver. We will continue to use them for any plumbing job. All that adds up to 5 stars for us.

Great service and reliable!

This company quoted a great price on a major, whole house renovation I was doing. I accepted their quote, they filled out the plumbing permit with the city. Once the renovation permit was approved I called them to arrange to begin the job and could not speak with anyone, they did not reply to my many messages over a couple of weeks, just completely ignored me. I finally gave up and had to find someone else in a hurry and re-do the permit. I then realized their original quote was far too low. Clearly why they decided to ignore my calls and emails. Extremely immature and unprofessional, so disappointing.Also of note: one of the other 2 great reviews, Ms. King, is a relative or spouse of the owner. More unethical practice..
