I had an issue with my shower, called this company and Giovanni arranged an apt super fast. James came to assess the situation with the shower, gave good insights. it was not possible to find the original broken piece to replace so had to change the full thing. James showed up on time, explained everything clearly, found good solutions despite a weird original shower setup. would definitely recommend.

I don’t give reviews on the internet but this company is the exception. I’m beyond disappointed. They overcharged us for minimum work performed. Fifteen (15) minutes spent inspecting a sewer with absolutely no repairs or cleaning done. They charged over $1,100. This rate is exaggerated. I left a message twice with the owner (Giovanni) asking for justification but he never returned our call.I called another plumbing company a week later for the same job and they charged well over half the price and they got actual work done! I don’t recommend “Plomberie et Service d’Expert”.

This morning my hot water tank stopped working. The owner Giovanni sent two fantastic plumbers, Massimo & Brandon. They removed the old tank, replaced it with a new one, welded new modern valves and proceeded with a nice clean finish. In no time my tenants regained hot water. Such Reliable and professional service. I am so impressed!

With my 2 daughters, hair is always getting stuck in the shower drain. After a build up of a lot of hair, the shower was overflowing and not draining. I spoke to the owner Giovanni and he sent his employee Stefano within the same hour to unclog the shower drain. Stefano worked quickly and efficiently. We tried it together and it drained perfectly as if it was brand new which left me being a happy and satisfied customer. I definitely recommend this company.

Last night, my pipe bursted at around 11 pm. I called Giovanni and he came within 10 minutes. As soon as he got here, he was calming me down and explaining me step by step what needs to be done because I was stressed and worried. He repaired the pipe in 15 minutes. It was a fast and excellent customer service. Will be calling him for future needed repairs.
