I first met Robyn as a yoga instructor and then through meditation class. Robyn has guided my meditation and yoga practices and has taught me so much through her gentle instruction on zoom and in person. Robyn is amazing!!! I have attended many of her yoga and meditation programs as well as taken part In Her meditation mentorship program which was incredible and so beneficial in my self-care practice. I also have an absolutely beautiful painting of Robyns which has completely transformed the energy of my living room into such comforting warm positive vibes!!! Highly recommend Robyn for anything you may be looking for! She is truly such a talented, intuitive, kind and compassionate woman!

I am not the best at reviews.. but I loved this program! It has helped me to start and keep up with meditation on a daily basis! I truly enjoyed learning about all the different 'types' of meditation and mindfulness. Robyn is amazing!! She has a wonderful honest energy :)
