Robb was very friendly, eager to help, energized and professional. He also employed an outstanding staging professional on our behalf. He made our listing a priority and even got some local publicity in the Rocky Mountain Outlook. Though we knew it was not the case, we felt like we were Robb's only listing due to his responsiveness and special attention. We are American and Robb did extra research re: our being able to cross the border during the pandemic. As it turned out, we were unable to do so and took the property off the market because we were unable to pack up personal belongings. But the day will come when we will list our condo again and we will definitely use Robb for all of our real estate needs. Robb was the purchasing agent for a property we sold last year and found him to be very disrespectful. Our agent was abundantly clear that given market conditions we were only accepting offers from someone who had been pre-approved for a mortgage. He presented an offer, there was a bit negotiation and we accepted. Then the problems started with his buyer. Said they were approved but they weren't, delayed things at least a week during which we weren't taking offers from other buyers. Our agent would attempt to reach Robb and would get no response.Maybe his games work if you're buying a property buy if you're selling just be aware he plays games.
