The process of making the appointment was easy. The contractor showed up and did the job, a TV installation, quickly and with no fuss. I was very pleased with the result.

As soon as Auxe saw how bad was my experience in my previous review, they immediately contacted me to arrange a free fix. A new technician came in the next morning (apparently the previous one does not work with them anymore), and 45 minutes later my TV is now perfectly centered on the wall.They even threw in a free cable gutter for the trouble, so that's nice.----------------Old review:I contacted Auxe to mount my TV to the wall in order to save some space in my small apartment.The handyman was very friendly, but that's pretty much all that was good with my experience.- I requested a fixed mount. After the technician arrived, he told me that he was out of those and I had to pay 20$ extra for a movable mount that I did not need.- My studs are centered in the wall, which makes it tricky to center a TV mount as you need two studs. This is the reason why I decided to pay for a professional instead of doing it myself. But even though I clearly marked where I wanted the tv to be mounted, I ended up with a TV not centered and as far from the wall as if I had put it on furniture...- The handyman asked me to pay for his parking meter... That's a first!Overall, that was 192$ to end up with something worse than if I had done nothing, but now with holes in my wall... And that's with the special building discount!

Auxe technician mounted our 70” tv with existing hardware promptly and professionally. Clean and polite, have used auxe in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Would recommend. Thank you!

The person who came to set up our tv was excellent and answered our questions. The company texted ahead of time regarding potential adjustments to our scheduled appointment. Efficient and effective service. Highly recommend!

I had a TV mounted on a bedroom wall and a new Tv unboxed and installed on a TV stand. Technician arrived on time to my somewhat remote location and was quick, efficient and offered good advice. He made sure both sets were working correctly before leaving and cleaned up the installation sites. Wife is happy and I'm happy.

Auxe helped us set up our digital doorbell and advised us on additional equipment needed to make the components function together. Very kind, courteous and good at explaining the process. Would recommend.

Auxe was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end! The process of getting a quote was simple and straight forward. It was easy to explain what needed to get done via words and pictures to help the tech understand what I was wanting to get done. My tech Mike took the time to confirm the day before installation what time he'd be there and he actually showed up early! He was super professional and mounted the TV exactly where I'd wanted it the first time around. I'd cleared an entire afternoon but the installation was way quicker than I'd expected. I would definitely recommend Auxe to friends/family and would definitely secure their services again for any future projects.

Using Auxe was quick and efficient. Matt came to install the TV and soundbar mounts. It's perfectly centered on my wall and I'm glad I decided to try their service and also purchase their mounts. I've had no issues so far and would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Auxe to mount my expensive 77'' TV (OLED) as I wanted to not pay the BestBuy folks (Geek squads).The young guy who came in was friendly but was seemingly in a rush?! Either way, after he arrived, he told me that he was out of some items and I had to pay extra for some other form of brackets.I ended up with a TV not centered and as far from the wall as if I had put it on furniture and in the process, also ruptured the TV a bit which I only noticed later.Overall, the damage was done to my expensive OLED TV and I wish I had used the service from Best Buy.Lesson for everyone - if you have an expensive TV, don't take the risk. You might end up paying more and then interact with a rude customer service and owner.
