Great staff and service, Brandon goes out of his way to help - only wish they could deliver to the airport

Not all their services are available here but being available in many other cities keeps hopes up of services that would make better home living

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED FAIR AND KINDLY DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. After giving this location 2 separate chances, I will urge people to choose a different rental agency all together. Even though my insurance is covering my WHOLE rental, not one but ALL STAFF managed to make me feel like less of a person for not having a credit card. They DOUBLED MY DEPOSIT from the quoted 150 over the phone to 300 simply because I used a debit card even though I told them over the phone I would be doing so. I don't own a credit card because I choose to use MY MONEY not because I can't get one and again, my insurance is covering my rental up to 6 weeks!!! They badgered me multiple times to get extra insurance even though myself and my insurance rep stated my insurance also covers rental insurance. So please folks use your discretion with these uptight snobs who take their jobs way too seriously.
