Useless vaccination handling. Prevented me from receiving vaccine after paperwork filled out and received and appointment made.

Omg, what kind of pharmacy it is, I highly recommend not to use this pharmacy for prescription medication. They are always ran out. And always lie that they cannot give right now bcz always delaying. My doctor sent percription on April 27,2023 and I went there on May 5th. I was told they can’t release right now but you can’t pick up on May 10th . I went there May 10th. I was told by another assistant that OH it is early you are due on May 14th. I said why you did not tell before. Instead of apologizing, became ignored and whatever. So mad but it said it’s ok. On May 14th I went there to pick up . I was told that Oh we don’t have right now. We have to order it. I was mad and said, OMG why you guys are doing that . Patient needs it and you guys being not serious. Then the same guy told me OH we have only for a week and rest of need to order. Such a lier and disgusting. If you guys can’t switch. Yell at them and put them on the spot. They need different kind of treatment. Some staff needs to be fixed if the manager can’t do the job properly , customer definitely can make it happen. Still mad and sad that it’s not fair

It's a nice clean location with good staff, but the reason I gave them 3 stars is because they don't restock products on time. I went there to buy something that was not in stock, and went back after a couple of days, but the shelf was still empty and not restocked, even the other products were not even rearranged and everything was in the same manner how I left it.

Here's my latest review May 2023I went to shoppers 2 weeks ago and the experience again was horrible.. I asked the pharmacist a question about a medical issue in regards to my 2 year old son and the girl who was working was unhelpful with every aspect. I even asked if she suggests to go to the doctors and the reply I got well I don't know" . Seriously what's the point of your job ?? Instead of this ridiculous experience I went to another shoppers by cawthra and burnthorpe and the man who was working at the pharmacy side was unbelievably AMAZING. He asked to see the rash and made a suggestion right away!! And everything he suggested helped!! What a huge disappointment with this shoppers when I've been coming here since I was 14 years old and I've notice it just gets worse and worse!!! Pick your employees better plsI asked for a pcr covid home test kit and employee was holding some for other people yet it's supposed to be first come first serveWhen I asked he's like well this one is mine and these are for customers that said they were coming in. First off all there shouldn't be a hold for items like that. Plus u have the in front where people were wondering why those couldn't not be handed to us. Kudos to the store management for ensuring that flu vaccines are available and to the pharmacy staff for providing an excellent service to my family. We went to 5 stores (including 2 Costcos) and all of them were out of stock. So we tried this store and good thing we were accommodated well. Thank you!

I Visited the store to buy small stuff but ending up buying $350+ worth of stuff just because of wonderful lady Ms. MYRNA . She is so knowledgeable and friendly person. She went above and beyond and no doubt she is deserve to be a Manager. She was dealing all the customer with love and care like family member. Would love to go see her again. Cheers.

Zubier & Patrick are the best most helpful Informative pharmacists I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Along with their amazing staff. They make an excellent team!! working through this Covid pandemic to make everything better. thank God for their experience and patience. I will go to no other pharmacy except this one because of these guys. thanks for all your hard work. I’ll give you 10 stars if possible. Thanks kindly for being so great, keep it up. Cashier’s don’t even bag anymore. Purchased items & the Asian lady left them in the bagging area & told me to bag them myself. What exactly are they getting paid for? Then a second cashier, European, about 60 years old & probably 250 lbs chimed in about how it’s not their responsibility to bag for customers. I can understand she probably isn’t in well enough shape for any type of physical activity. Only thing they do however, is follow you around to make sure you don’t steal. Trust me, i make more in one day than these employees do in a month, I have no need to steal. Store manager needs to hire better staff Or perhaps he is the problem. To the 2 incompetent & lazy cashiers, find another job if you hate your current one. You wouldn’t have a job if not for customers. Disgusting

Great service and attentive to my prescriptions needs. The pharmacist spent 5 minutes with me to explain my prescription in such detail that I've never had a pharmacist do before. This location is awesome, the pharmacist and the complete staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This Shoppers Drug Mart is also open 24 hours. Easily, the best Shoppers Drug Mart in Mississauga (IMO).

UPDATE: ONE STAR.. would give zero if possible. I had to call and check if my prescription was ready.. Shocking after a week I didn't receive a call or a text.. Honestly I wasn't expecting one and I mentioned it to the girl on the phone... I got the anticipated response of ok whatever".Been coming to the pharmacy location for a few years and honestly its going down Hill. The customer service experiences in the last three months include.. Waiting 20 minutes in line to pickup a prescription and being obviously ignored by staff. Walking in and being told they are out of stock on your prescription and just today arriving to pick up a prescription and only having it half filled and not being told on the phone. The "we owe you sticker" some how makes up for wasting my time. I can't wait to pick up the rest of my prescription when it eventually comes in.Get your house and staff in order..."
