Had a PS5 that kept shutting down and overheating. Was quoted by numerous places that it would take days, would need a diagnostic, etc. Called level 2 early January, was able to see me within a few days (actually called back randomly and was able to see me same day). Very quick repair, knew precisely what the issue was and spoke to me with professionalism. Has been working like brand new for almost a month now. Highly recommend for any gaming repair needs. Will definitely be coming again

I would never suggest level two repairs to anybody as when I went to get my PS4 disc tray replaced. He chased me out of $90 and didn’t put back the screws into my system and he asked for 30 extra dollars to have my PS4 disc tray actually fixed. He hacked into my account and and logged me out of my account. I will provide a picture of what the man looks like so nobody else will have this trouble. Just email me.

I would recommend going somewhere else. He had my system for over 2 months. Kept saying he had it fixed and ready for pick up for weeks. Once i picked it up, the 4k resolution was not fixed. And my picture was half and half. Like my left screen was on my right and right on my left. And once I returned it, he blamed me or MY KIDS, for dropping it. Meanwhile when I picked it up and going home. I carried it in my arms abd placed it on my tv stand. My children don't touch my system. I returned it and he apparently fixed it. I come home and now the picture is okay but no sound and 4k still sounded work. And he again blamed m kids.and I kept telling him they don't touch my system. He continued to get mad and argued. I end up getting my system back one month later after and said now dont let your kids drop it" and laughed and i still said my kids dont touch my system. Hes so u professional. Ib my opinion for somewhere like cpr repair atkeast they have lifetime warranty and if its broken

Still trying to get my son x box back . He said it was fixed and sent it home and it wasn’t. Then said it was his parts that were taking long over 4 weeks to come in. Then he said he needed to leave it running to make sure it was good to go. Then he said it was working and won’t answer calls, finally answered and said it wasn’t working. Now he won’t answer calls to let me pick it up.

I called on a Sunday afternoon looking to take in my switch which had a couple small issues from doing an at home mod to the shell (which was silly of me to begin with) and he took me right away, I dropped off my console and he had it fixed in 45 minutes. Friendly service, reasonable price, and extremely quick same day repair. Will definitely be looking to bring a couple old ps4 controllers in to see if he can fix them up for us as well. Overall amazing experience and would 100% recommend to anyone with electronic repair needs! :)

My PS4 Pro was having video issues so I reached out to multiple places and the one name I kept getting back was Level 2.Not having reliable transportation of my own, they arranged pick up and drop off (for a more than reasonable fee), we had a detailed conversation about what I was experiencing, and not only did they take the time to do testing to verify the problems, but they explained the process.Absolutely professional, customer-service oriented, and down right awesome people.The ONLY problem is that I can't give a higher rating.I will swear by Level 2 without question in the future.

I took my PS4 pro in for service on a Sunday afternoon, I had described the issues I was having on the phone, got a quote on the price and estimated time of completion. The work was done in half the time and because some of the work in the quote wasn't necessary the price came down considerably. It's a rare thing when that happens. I haven't had the thing back long but having fired it up and seeing the immediate difference in performance feels like money well spent. I called a competitor for comparison and they wanted 2 to 3 days for diagnosis alone and $45. just for that. They don't gouge you just for looking at your stuff AND you can get quotes on the phone AND they don't charge you for work they haven't done because you've already agreed to the quoted price. You also get 30 days to report any issues that may linger.

Friendly service and basically fixed the problem, but replaced the hard drive WITHOUT asking us first which caused the loss of my mum's Minecraft world that she's been working on since 2017... I asked for the hard drive and he hasn't even given me a call back other than stating he had the hard drive. I just wish he would have told me so I could have backed up the world. Make sure to ask what they are doing with your stuff and back things up
