Okwitsya Massage + Wellness

I have been going to Rachel for a couple of years now. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about musculature, anatomy and physiology but balances this with a warm, approachable manner. She listens without judgment about what is likely causing issues and deftly gets right to the spot. Her space in MaMeO is cozy and comfortable. It is at in a house but the space is separate from the main house so it doesn’t feel awkward. There is a flight of stairs, so that might be an issue for people with limited mobility. My favourite thing about Rachel is that she does all the asking and explaining before and after the massage and then just lets you relax during the massage without chatting. She is absolutely lovely and I recommend her without reservation.
