These guys are amazing. Build in my opinion the best Computer systems. You give them your budget, they will work to meet it, but also give you a great system. They are very knowledgeable, and will give you the best options and explain the pros and cons of everything. Ive been going to Phase 1 for close to 17 years and I have never had any issues.If you want custom builds and all the lights and looks, these guys are the best. The system I just bought approx 2 weeks ago is an absolute beast. Everything inside thats wired is braided and put in perfectly, making it easy for upgrade or troubleshooting. Everything is explained on how to operate new tech inside. Steve and Mario build hands down the most stable systems hands down. I am already planning the next updates to my system including a second video card and updating the water cooling to full with all the piping and reservoir. Get these guys to build you a dream pc.

Love these guys and the work they do, brought in a 15 year old tower and a laptop that was on its last legs. For a super reasonable price and great customer service. I got hooked up with a new laptop, and an external hard drive. They transfered all the info to the correct devices and everything works great! Thanks guys!

The owners of Phase 1, an amazing company that has been in business for decades have completed their exterior renovation with the fabrication and installation of an amazing new awning.With investments like this is it is obvious they plan on being in business for decades.If in need of computer related issues will be contacting them immediately.

I had a totally frustrating experience with this store. They are extremely unreliable, and for a computer repair store, they ironically have very little understanding of email use and customer service!I sent them an email to get a quotation regarding my small laptop issue and when I didn’t hear back from them I stopped by and they claimed they never received the email. There in the store I made sure they had my email and made sure they have a way to get back to me which they never did AGAIN!This people running this place are absolutely unprofessional with no respect for clients time. I wouldn’t waste my time going there even for the smallest issues. Very disappointing !

When my computer was having problems and i have no clue how to fix it, I was at the mercy of the computer repairman as we all are. I was just hoping and praying the repairman was competent and the bill was reasonable. What a pleasant surprise. They did their magic, Repair was so cheap I gave them a nice tip. Thank you Steve. Was having a Green screen issue they took care of it and infomated me about the issues with windows 11 which I had know idea about, Super friendly stuff very well priced when it comes to checking out your computer highly recommend them for your service needs.
