I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff and management at this establishment. I rarely complain about service, but the treatment my family received was unacceptable. They were accused of stealing by the staff after they inquired about the status of their order, which was taking an inordinate amount of time. The staff even went so far as to tell the manager that they were stealing. The whole situation was unprofessional and completely unwarranted. My family had to wait 20 minutes for their order, which is not okay. And when they asked the employee when their order would be ready, instead of answering their question, the employee accused them of stealing. The manager also refuse to refund the order for quite some time before finally remaking the order. Overall, this was an extremely negative and disappointing experience.

I eat here when I'm desperate and hungry. It's local and there is no other fast food option. Delivery drivers take up the entire order area and are super rude. Staff doesn't care. Food is usually wrong and cold.

I ordered nuggets and large fries tonight. Unfortunately, once again i received sticks (fries) and stones (nuggets). As stated…this has happened in the past but I brushed it off as a bad night. The night shifts food prep system needs work. Day time, everything is perfect. I hope this review serves as a stepping stone(nuggets) in the right direction.

2nd time is not always a charm. Simply Uber over customers walking in for takeout. You could be waiting 10 min and all you see is the employee's working on Uber orders.Only good thing is hot fries.

This is the worst McDonald's in Toronto. I sent McDonald's a comment about the lack of mobile ordering on the app so instead of implementing it they removed it as a location. Why this dingy place can handle 1000s of Uber Eats orders but won't let locals order on the app is ridiculous.This morning I go and use the kiosk, since I can't mobile order, and they forget the hash brown for my breakfast combo. But there aren't seats so you don't find out until you go home.The amount of money they lose by being such an awful McDonalds in a heavily trafficked area is off the charts.I say this as someone who worked at McDonalds for three years in high school so I know my around them.

So slow. A few more minutes" every time.Watched as one staff held a cup of coffee steady on the table while a second staff member put on a lid...nor exactly peak efficiency."

Fast food that was not fast. This location is small and busy and there is nowhere to wait without getting in the way of someone ordering or picking up.Best to order ahead and collect when ready.

Kitchen forgot one of my patties today, not a big deal it happens. The girl who helped me, Unti, was wonderful! She communicated the error and got me my replacement in no time. She even let me keep the discrepant sandwich hehe.I eat here frequently and have noticed their solid customer service regarding other people's orders too, the staff is well trained and happy to help beyond expectations.

This is a tough location because it is almost always busy and feels like it may be understaffed. I have gone here at least more than 5 times and every time, unfortunately, food has been cold.
