I would like to share my experience with Pardeep during my process of getting the legal basement permit drawings. If anyone needs an architect for preparing basement drawings then I would strongly recommend him without any second thoughts. Initially I hired a different person and that guy gave me a design(thinking of all possible designs for more than a week) that involves furnace movement and lot of unnecessary stuffs that would have costed me more than 10000$. I wanted to get rid of him and then got a chance to connect with Pardeep, he scanned my basement for just 2 minutes with his eyes and gave me a beautiful design on the spot. The knowledge he posses along with all insights about the legal rules when it comes to legal basement constructions is highly commendable and everything is in his finger tip. I am quite surprised and impressed with his experience and ideological factors. Mark my words ,you will never get disappointed hiring him as your architect..
